The showroom is massive and very well-kept. We had a general idea in mind of what we we're after, and there were just so many to pick from. You can tell everything this is extremely high quality, and you sure will pay for it. We landed on two favorites so Sam, who was helping us, sent over quotes of each based on our project. We'll need our island covered and the entire perimeter. It's nice there are different finishing and edge options for different parts of the job. I'll report back on how install goes, but so far KG has been nothing but easy to work with with solid customer service.

They have significantly better prices than the chain stores, the and MUCH better than the kitchen people I found on Marketplace. Nadia is so kind and patient. She makes you feel like you are her most important customer and she honestly wants to help you save money. I am beyond thrilled with the entire process after having been discouraged by other companies I had checked with. She is very talented at designing as well. I couldn't imagine making the kitchen I had into what they are building! But they did it! She suggested moving the refrigerator and it made our kitchen look twice as big, open and airy. I also love that they don't use a bunch of subcontractors. Rainer and Cory do the work and they do it beautifully. They are very attentive to detail, and you can really see the craftsmanship in their work. They go above and beyond making sure you are happy with everything. We've had a lot of remodelling and work done on our home this past year. THIS is the only company out of them all (three other contractors/companies) that I felt was really dealing with me honestly, and not trying to take advantage of us. My only wish would be that they would offer ALL home remodeling because it's so nice to finally have faith in a company and their crew. I'll post before and after pictures when the countertops are installed on Friday...

This place is the best I LOVE my new cabinets and countertops so much it's ridiculous. Claudia was…read moreour cabinet design specialist and she was utterly fantastic. So nice and patient (gracefully enduring calls, emails and texts like a champ) and she designed the most beautiful kitchen for us. Here is the situation, when we first bought my house in Bayview in 2003 - we had to gut it. The kitchen was the last thing we did and by that time we ran out of money - so we put in the best cabinets that we could afford (which was not much) knowing at the time, that later down the road we could upgrade when we had more money. Fast forward to the present, the kitchen was tore up. Four daughters, three dogs, and two cats later, it was falling apart. So this summer we finally could get new cabinets/appliances etc, and we were so excited! We went to Menards first (I thought I wanted Medallion cabinets) and left with a bad taste in my mouth - the girl wouldn't listen to what I wanted! My hubby did some searching and found Milwaukee Cabinetry. We went in and Claudia suggested we look at Holiday Cabinets vs Medallion and I'm so glad we did! Medallion wanted to charge extra for EVERYTHING- whereas Holiday lets you pretty much customize their "stock cabinets" to your space. The cabinets are ridiculously beautiful - and Claudia magically maximized our storage space - we can"t even fill it all (yet) lol. She gave us everything we wanted and more! Anyhow TLDR I know, but if you want beautiful cabinets for a decent price designed by an expert - go to Milwaukee Cabinetry!! A++++++

Absolutely terrible company. We purchased a duplex that already had cabinets from this company. The…read morecabinets are of poor quality and were put in poorly (multiple gaps, mismatched colors where they tried to fill gaps, in the attached images the staff notes how the piece in question was improperly installed). We ordered a replacement piece under warranty on January 3rd. After multiple communications we discovered our order had never been placed and the person we had been communicating with had quit. The order was then replaced though it took months to receive communication that the order had arrived. We actually had to personally follow up multiple times to figure out if it had arrived. When we went to pick up the order the staff told us we would need to pay $150+ for the product even though this had never been communicated with us and we were told the replacement piece was covered under warranty. We provided proof of this via multiple written text and email communications though they refused to cover it under warranty and demanded payment. On top of all of this it took more than 30 minutes for them to locate our product in the shop. They had never linked our order with our address and had misspelled our name entirely resulting in this prolonged wait. It is unfortunate as they recently merged with Bliffert Lumber where we are routine customers (have purchased baseboards, gardening supplies, tools and more). We will never shop with either company EVER again as a result of this terrible customer service and product. Stay away! This place is awful.
