After checking other quotes I contacted them to get the ball rolling. Only after taking 50% down did they need to schedule someone to come and measure to make sure the quote would be accurate. I said, "Fine, when can they come?" The office gal, Jenna, said Heidi would call me back to set up a time. I work and am very hard to reach. I sent 1 email to Shannon, the owner, and Heidi the office manager, to call me on lunch at 330. Then I got no response by 8PM when ended work day. I sent a followup email to both that I felt this wasn't a positive start as I was expecting a call the same day to schedule something. They canceled the job and issued a refund on the first morning after I accepted and emailed my simple opinion and request to set up an appointment. The conversation with Heidi after was that she didn't need my aggravation (communication). They (she and the owner) chose to cancel my job. She then rudely hung up on me mid-sentence with no cursing or anger towards her. If a company can't take feedback about how their process works or communicate by email they need more time to set something up, they shouldn't be in business. Stay away from this fake operator. When I mentioned this company name to a competitor, they said: "Doesn't surprise me".

I was left wondering how much it would cost (and even if it was possible) to fix it??? Short answer, it wasn't. Long answer, Les's Glass to the rescue. I drove to Les's Glass and showed them a piece of what was left. A very helpful guy came out from the back (forgot his name) and explained to me that although the glass I broke isn't made anymore, there are a couple patterns that come pretty close. A couple of choices were brought out and compared to the original. With his expert advice, a choice was made, glass was cut to spec and I was out the door in less than 15 minutes with what I thought was a very reasonably priced shiny new piece of glass. Upon arrival home the new piece slipped right in place and unless you have a well trained eye, you would never know it was a replacement pane. Need glass... check 'em out!

My eyes were wide open for quality. My first introduction to HomeSealed was from a YouTube made by a southern company. I started looking very closely to see if they would fit my needs. From the first contact to the installation, everything was seamless. Nick, my sales rep was timely and very well spoken. All my questions were answered. The office staff was excellent to deal with and gave us just the right amount of attention for updates on the progress of manufacture to setting the date for the install process. Right on schedule our installer arrived and worked nonstop. He was very experienced and all of his work was stellar. When we have our next set of windows done, we will request him. He was very professional, paid close attention to our landscaping and did as little disruption inside and out as was possible.
