My eyes were wide open for quality. My first introduction to HomeSealed was from a YouTube made by a southern company. I started looking very closely to see if they would fit my needs. From the first contact to the installation, everything was seamless. Nick, my sales rep was timely and very well spoken. All my questions were answered. The office staff was excellent to deal with and gave us just the right amount of attention for updates on the progress of manufacture to setting the date for the install process. Right on schedule our installer arrived and worked nonstop. He was very experienced and all of his work was stellar. When we have our next set of windows done, we will request him. He was very professional, paid close attention to our landscaping and did as little disruption inside and out as was possible. While the windows were being installed I raised concerns after hearing workers be unsure of their measurements but they want ahead anyway. Less than a year later the $2000 window has cracked due to be forced too tight in to the frame and Bobs offers no warranty or consumer protection due to improper installation.
