Had a great experience here getting my windshield replaced: *Good value: saved me ~$200 over Safelite *Friendly: absolutely everyone I spoke to - from the guys fixing my windshield and the office team to the other customers - was nice *Convenient (for families): the waiting room had kids books and coloring, but there's also a playground across the street (at Woodlands School) where kids can run around, which was perfect *Expectations: they did what they said they would and communicated clearly the whole time TIP: If you have a used car or any doubt at all, give them the VIN when you call, not just the make and model. I didn't know that my used car had some kind of automatic mic on the glass, so had to get a different glass. This was 100% on me, since they asked. Lesson learned for next time. read more

Having used this business before and having a good experience, I called them again to repair my glass patio door. I called them 3x and no one has bothered to call me back to schedule an estimate. It's been 4 weeks. Evidently they have enough business. I lowered my star score to one. I will not be calling them again. read more

i used then for my back door window nice man it seemed job well done! i asked if he could put 4 glass panels in my kitchen cabinets he said yes! he gave me a quote and I said let's do it and that he would be back by the end of January! he never showed up i called 3 times. The new owner said he would have him call me, but he never did I have a really good feeling it was the man doing the work the first time. I have looked at all hid reviews and he has done this before. Highly recommended - based on work done at our Tosa home. I needed someone to replace two windows in our attic. Replaced three 3ft x 5ft windows on the front of house in New Berlin Wisconsin. Replaced some of the interior wood pieces. Excellent work on the installation, glazing and staining of the interior wood pieces. Work area cleaned up well and all scrap taken away. All completed under three hours. The installer who gave us the initial quote was nice and seemed competent. Things went down hill when I wasn't given a day or timeframe for when the installer would return to fix our windows. I was called 30 minutes beforehand and only got the message when they had come and gone. I called on a later date to set up an appointment and a woman answered who said it was their policy to not work with people who weren't at home when they sent an installer twice. I couldn't remember the second attempt. She called me rude for asking for an explanation and for me explaining my understanding of the situation. I wouldn't recommend this place if you have to interface with this woman. read more
