Of course, I was pleasantly surprised to enter the space, and be surrounded by the most beautiful and lush plants. The space was so warm and everyone was welcoming. I knew that I was in a good space. After realizing that I left my yoga mat, I was able to purchase one for a small fee. I was directed back outside and upstairs to the yoga studio that was for my group. All of this to say that the space was spacious, warm, colorful, and clean. Our instructor led us through gentle stretching poses, and I left refreshed...almost a little bit lighter.
