They provide in-depth knowledge in mixology and skills necessary to become a reliable bartender. They use a lot of repetition throughout classes to ensure you learn/memorize important details. To complete this course, you must take 2 classes every day of the week, not necessarily in the same week - the flexibility is great for those who go to school or already have a job, which was my case.
