Before the farms were converted to an outdoor shopping mall; the land used to be a worthwhile flea market. You would never expect to find a useful & affordable store such as TW's in this plaza. On a whim, the girls & I stopped in and we were all pleasantly surprised. Clean, well organized and a friendly staff greet you as you enter a shop filled with a little bit of everything. You'll find plenty of name brands such as Fisher Price, a lot of items from Targets home decor department & some from Walmart as well but at a fraction of the price! And everything is brand new! I'll admit, some items might be out of the original packaging but it's not the end of the world. I included a picture of an American Girls ice cream truck, at your local retailer & online; this goes for $90.00 at best. Yet at TW's it was $50.00 (if I remember correctly). I also provided an image of a childrens wooden activity station that goes for $149.99 at Target but was just $75.00 here! You would be a fool not to stop in and take advantage of their amazing prices.

I may or may not have place settings for twenty-seven people. I never tire of the tent sales, factory tours, seconds room, main room, and so on. I haven't met a piece of Fiestaware I don't like. The folks who work here are so genuine, like the product they put out. A true family of employees with the same love and obsession as people like me. Homer Laughlin introduced Fiestaware in 1936 and I even have pieces that were my grandmother's. Annually they come out with a new color and I look forward to it every year. All pieces are made here in the factory in this small WV town about an hour from Pittsburgh. The dishes and accessories are durable and last decades. Pieces made between 1936-1972 were made with a radioactive red glaze (worth a fortune now for mad collectors like me). Fear not, the modern-day pieces are lead free. I'm an absolute maniac for Fiestaware and Homer Laughlin (actually have items from their other lines as well). Love love love love. Fiesta Forever!!

Horrible service.... very disappointing as we have shopped here for many years for our restaurant…read more We needed an item so we called last week to order. Paid for it via phone. Called yesterday to see where it was. They had no idea when it would be in and had no idea how to track it. Um ok. So we told them we needed other items and would be coming today to shop. We planned our day around going. Arrived today and met with a sign that we cannot go in. This information should have been told to us yesterday when WE TOLD THEM we were coming. We need to see what we are buying. So we called from our car to see where this item was we ordered a week ago and asked about yesterday. Now we are told that the manufacturer will not ship without prepayment and they had to get a credit card from an employee to do this. WHAT IS GOING ON? So this was not told to us yesterday ... apparently they sat on the order with our prepayment for almost a week. And we still had to ask again. No one called us to let us know. Now off to restaurant depot to get what we needed and ordered our item from another supplier. Complete waste of time to deal with them. If you like wasting your time and overspending , feel free to shop there. Consider yourself warned. Edit for Angelo's response - I completely understand covid guidelines. The point was that we should have been told that yesterday when we said we were coming out. In addition, the debacle with the item we needed was handled poorly.

I was immediately greeted by Amy, who was polite, charming and engaging. As I was the only client in the store at the time, I know from my own customer service experience that it can be difficult for sales staff to navigate not being overbearing when foot traffic is slower, and Amy was a joy. She managed to show me the entire store and current promotions seamlessly while holding a personable conversation, which was so refreshing. I happened upon a limited edition item that I was surprised to see in the outlet, and at such a wonderful price. I wasn't necessarily planning on walking out with anything, but I must say, my in-store experience swayed me to treat myself. I've been to other Le Creuset outlet locations in various states, but this one was certainly my best time in one.
