Bill was super easy to work with and schedule with, and although he was very honest up front about being bearish on being able to remedy the car with door dings (due to make/model issues with safety bracing, metal composition, etc.), he exceeded even his own expectations and was able to perfectly remedy ALL the dents in even that tougher car! One of the other quotes we got wouldn't even quote that car due to the aforementioned difficulties with fixing that make and model, typically. I've already recommended KC D&D to two people, and although I hope to never *need* to use their services again, should I fall victim to further dents or dings, I won't hesitate to return to Bill in a heartbeat!

It was not a major repair, but she did knock the bumper lose and got a lot of paint from the post she scraped up against on her bumper and passenger front fender. The gentleman in front said he would take it to the body shop and have them look at it. Less than 30 minutes later he drove the car around front. They reattached the bumper and buffed out all the scratches and paint from the post. Not only did it look great but they didn't even charge her.
