KC Dent & Ding was INCREDIBLE!…read more We had dents in both our cars - hail damage on one, and door dings on the other. Bill at KC D&D fixed them ALL, like an all-powerful sheetmetal magician! Bill was super easy to work with and schedule with, and although he was very honest up front about being bearish on being able to remedy the car with door dings (due to make/model issues with safety bracing, metal composition, etc.), he exceeded even his own expectations and was able to perfectly remedy ALL the dents in even that tougher car! One of the other quotes we got wouldn't even quote that car due to the aforementioned difficulties with fixing that make and model, typically. I've already recommended KC D&D to two people, and although I hope to never *need* to use their services again, should I fall victim to further dents or dings, I won't hesitate to return to Bill in a heartbeat!

Bill took the time to explain what he was going to do and the options to repair the dents. Best price too in the area! After the repair (which was very quick), you cannot even tell where the dents and damage was! Car looks perfect again. Thanks for the friendly and helpful service, Bill!

I went there because Mike Payne worked there, and he was one of the only people that ever worked on my 40th Anniversary Grand Prix. It is a 2002, so as you can imagine I have a hard time getting parts. I brought it here, and Todd and his team got the part, and completed the job. If you want a great job done, and great customer service, from the front desk to the body shop, this is the place to come to. I totaled my other car, and Todd and his team helped me through it. I highly recommend this body shop, and only this one!!!! Debi Swisher Blue Springs, MO (another satisified customer)

I would recommend them.

I'm not able to upload picture of the purple and pink jeep renegade that my sister purchased from…read morethis shop in June. When she purchased the Jeep for $6500 the gentleman selling assured her it was his daughters vehicle and there were no issues! Just selling because the daughter wanted an upgrade. My sister drove the jeep for less than 3 days before it wouldn't start, she started replacing batteries, starter, ect. Her and I aren't car people, but the car has been in the shop this entire time with endless parts replaced. Has not moved on its own, been trailered every where. Now we're pretty sure it needs an entire new motor. For $6500 this jeep got my sister home. that's it! Our current mechanic did some research and found out this jeep was bought with " known issues" from an auction before my sister purchased it from this shop. So why lie? why say it was your daughters car? the shop stood behind the vehicle in NO WAY whatsoever after the sale.

It was not a major repair, but she did knock the bumper lose and got a lot of paint from the post she scraped up against on her bumper and passenger front fender. The gentleman in front said he would take it to the body shop and have them look at it. Less than 30 minutes later he drove the car around front. They reattached the bumper and buffed out all the scratches and paint from the post. Not only did it look great but they didn't even charge her. Thank you doesn't even begin to express how thankful we are for your kindness. She was so excited and happy that someone would do that for her and not want anything for it. I had a number in my head after looking at parts on eBay for what would be a fair price with labor and having a fallback in case things leaked the next time I go to wash this in the touch less car wash thing (which is soon with the upcoming snow, gotta get that undercarriage good). Mike met that number, took care of it extremely quickly and effectively, and was a super nice person to deal with. Thanks very much. Also, dogs in the office. A huge plus for me. He didn't let them run at me or even out of the back office. I honestly wouldn't have minded, I really like dogs, but I can see how this would be a scare for some. Socializing dogs is a good thing. You rather he leave them home all day?. Overall 10/10 would rather not Mike again because that means something bad happened to my car, but will come back if the dings/ dents are a thing again. If your options are dealership or Mike, choose local. Choose Mike.
