When I arrived, the service manager was good at talking with me and understanding what I needed. He arranged for a shuttle back to my house and I only had to wait about 15 minutes. When I picked up the truck the service manager was able to take my payment without me having to stand in line at a cashier. They removed all their paper floor mats and tags when they gave me the truck. Improve: I am always surprised that they do not do a better job on their out briefings. They just take my money, and send me on my way. I would expect that they would review the work order and the result of their inspections, as well as go over when my next service will occur. They also did not have my tire air pressure set identically though this was on their checklist, but the service manager fixed that when I brought it to his attention.

I came here for a simple oil change, and was very, very happy. I'll definitely be coming back here…read morein the future. The oil changes might be slightly on the expensive side - for my four-door sedan, it was about $38 with tax. BUT, you get the fourth or fifth oil change free (I forget which), which makes the price pretty reasonable. The tech mentioned some additional things to keep an eye on, but never tried to oversell me on anything or say "this needs to get done right away" - simply a "keep an eye on it", or a "next time you get an oil change". I really appreciate that. Easy, breezy, friendly...can't complain.

I already had the codes from another mechanic so basically they took my money and did nothing for me and sent me down the road. maybe for wiper blades and oil change they might be able to take care of you. wasted time and money. don't go.

They were able to fit me in super quickly for an estimate, turned it around the next day, and were able to get my car in immediately. They worked with my neighbors to obtain payment up front and had my car complete within 4 days. They kept me updated on my car throughout the whole process, which was so nice. And, not only did they fix my car, they cleaned it! The outside was so shiny and the inside completely vacuumed and the floor mats looked beautiful. I was so impressed!! While I did not pay for the damage, I felt they were reasonably priced and didn't try to sell me on anything or take advantage. Everyone was so kind and I would highly recommend using Newman's!

VOLUNTEERED REVIEW I…read morehave a 2005 Dodge Neon and the engine light came. Long story short, Transmission chaos! The amount to repair the car is more than the value, so I've opted to not get it fixed. Instead invest that amount in a new car. Only had the pleasure of dealing with Brian but he was phonomenal. His customer service was on point! Even though I didn't purchase any services, I didn't feel any pressure. I told him of my financial situation and was more than willing to accommodate. The person I was speaking with then questioned why I would ask about the warranty and seemed offended by my question. In his words, "No one has ever asked me that question before." I find it odd, first someone would question a customer asking about how the warranty coverage works on a $2000 investment in a rebuilt transmission and 2nd customers typically don't ask warranty questions. Just a bizarre, brief, back and forth between myself and the sales associate over warranty questions that convinced me based on this customer service experience alone I would not do business with this shop.
