I think he heard in my voice that I was it a tough spot. He called me back and went down on his price for me to help me out. The is the best company around to help you with what you need. Throughout the entire process, Charlie was very responsive and showed up on time for the estimate this morning. He was quick to confirm that he could come out and remove the items for me. Charlie was a quick responder and was willing to give me a rough estimate of pricing over the phone for removal of a sofa and loveseat. I was able to get an appointment the next day with call ahead service and he showed up as promised. The old furniture was outside in the back of my mother's house (not in good shape shape at all ugh). They had to lug it around to the front of the house to load it which they did without complaint. I called on Sunday evening and was able to set up an appointment for the next day. They called about 30 minutes before they arrived, and when they did they went straight to work. There was a crew of two and they still worked very quickly, however made sure they did not damage anything in the house.
