No more happy hour. Happy hour is now only for a few items on the menu that are appetizers. No happy hour drinks and I'm sure they put cheaper liquor in bottles that are more expensive. This place is never filled with customers. Most orders seem for to go. Even after happy hour Ive ordered food to go. Crawfish extremely small and the last time I ordered sauce in a container it was not even half filled. $5 for the largest sauce container read more

The Juicy Crawfish - Strawberry blue raspberry lemonade - Seafood Near Me - Conyers, Georgia

This seafood place is fairly new. I enjoyed the seafood boil but there is room for improvement. While the food was tasty, the portion was small. I added eggs to the boil and I'm glad that I did because they are filling. An additional snow crab leg cluster would have been great and also another piece of corn on the cob. All in all, I believe portions will improve as the restaurant receives feedback and understand what's expected. The restaurant has a nice bar right in the center but it was not quite ready when I dined. I'll definitely dine at Juicy Crawfish again and hopefully have a refreshing adult beverage to wash down my seafood. read more

I used to love coming to this restaurant, it was so vibrant The food is great, but the atmosphere is trash it's like walking to a funeral home, it's not welcoming at all. The management need to lift up the spirits of the staff or something. I will order to pick up my food from now on. read more

The shrimp and flounder was cooked just right. Food and service were really great. Wait staff was very nice.

I stopped by with my family and our entire experience was positive. We were greeted by a kind lady who sat us almost immediately. Our server, Jay, was attentive and speedy. My kids were entertained by the electronic server that brought our food out to us. After a little more than an hour we were full and satisfied all around. We will be returning soon! read more

The talking robot delivered our delicious and fresh food. Candy, our server was charming and efficient.

All I can say is check your food before you go. That so called Jumbo Shrimp Dinner were those little salad shrimp along with the oldest hardest fries ever. That crab had been cooked soooo long it was mush. I could not believe they would ever sale that food like that at that price. I have been before and it is usually good. I see they take advantage of you if you take out. read more

Service is a thumbs down! Manager!!!! Where did they pick up this manager!? No class at all! Very rude as well. A business may still make money but it won't fully prosper with a manager like that! Juicy crab is better than that. And they where pretty bad! Must be conyers! read more

Food is very good taste like JJ fish and chicken. The sauce in the seafood not as spicy

Well first time here and well customer service needs improvement and these YOUNG KIDS NEED TO STAY OFF THE PHONE! They ended up giving my order away to another customer after my wife and I waited for 25 minutes. They remade our order but what irritated me after the 2 young girls claimed they didn't know what happened to my order, They Started back texting on the phone. I understand the situation of what people going through however if you do not like interacting with people then get another one. What Most of these young kids do not understand is that you are representing a brand and your future depends on your Attitude. Those young sisters need a lesson about Work Ethic read more

I ordered the tilapia & wings, which came with fries and a very small size coleslaw to go. The wait was very long. The food had very little if any seasoning. The fish was not fried crispy, the wing were fried too crispy, I couldn't eat them. There were plenty of fries, yet, again not well cooked. This was my first time at Juicy Crawfish and although I was very disappointed, I will try them again one more time. I want to be fair before I make a final decision. when food is undercooked or overcooked, not seasoned well, it is not a good way to grow your business. read more

When you go I suggest sit at the bar if you can. The bar service is great! The bartender, DC, is friendly and responsive. He suggested we try the wings with the Juicy Crawfish special sauce for the seafood. Those wings were the best! I'll admit the second time getting them they were not as seasoned as the first time but they were still good. The drinks are always on point! read more

Two strikes and you're out! The first visit the service was slow and the oysters were bad. Went back tonight and ordered$60:00 King crab legs and they were spoiled, I will not be coming back after being sick to my stomach! You can not serve bad seafood and stay in the game! Even Red lobster is better than this! read more

A server name Kat came to our table and wrote down 3:10 we sat until 3:27, now there is literally 10 people sitting down total. They was not busy at all. No water no silverware no nothing was offered or provided. Waiter never came back other waitress passed by didn't ask us anything completely walked passed us and said nothing. I asked for the manager it took him and additional 5 minutes to get over there, now it is 3:32 . Then we he gets there and I explain the situation he says well I will take care of you now. I said at this point I'm leaving because this is ridiculous we watched people being sat down before and after us with food and waitresses. I won't be coming back read more

First, I want to say I really love the Conyers location. However, the Covington location will never get my business again. The food is always great but the customer service is terrible. During my first visit the cashier charged me the wrong amount and the guy (IDK if he was asian/Korean) tried to do a refund and he treated me as if I didn't know how to use my phone. His attitude was terrible and I ended up going to the vape store next door to break $100 to pay for my order. Today, I ordered the same thing, however I ordered in advance but I was too late picking it up and apparently they threw my food away and I had to reorder. I was ok with waiting because I knew I was late, but my problem was that the same guy gave me such a nasty attitude about pivkinh my order up late. He said that seafood costs a lot of money and they wasted money when they had to throw my food away. So, I apologized and asked him if he wanted me to pay for the previous order along with the new one and he said "No". I thought the conversation was over but instead he stood at the register and talked about me to the cashier and I found that extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I offered to pay and you said no so why is this still a topic up for discussion. Never again will Covington Juicy Crawfish see me. Terrible 0/10. read more

The food was nasty I got a full seafood boil and it taste like hot dog water there was no flavor to it I had to chase down the waitress for food to help us with anything they gave me more seasoning well butter in a steel is disgusting I'll spent over 60 something dollars for the food it was a waste of time it was the worst I would I never eat there again! seafood boil I would not recommend it to anybody the worst food I ever had in my life!!!!!!!!!! I wanted to put no stars! Oh and we order some lemonade and they gave some cool aid!!!!! read more

2 star rating??? You have got to be kidding people!! This restaurant was clean, ample parking, full bar and the food that we had was awesome! We had a boil and I have to say the seasoning was tasty! This is my wife and I first time here. I don't even know where to start. It took 15mins for our server to finally come and take our order and drinks. We get our appetizer but still no drinks. The food comes but still no drinks. We begin to eat and the seafood boil seasoning was really watery and wasn't the correct seasoning we had order. They also forget to give us a trash bucket. Finally our drinks get here after eating the appetizer and half our food. Then we get the check ($68) and I give the server our card to pay. It took about 10mins for us to get our card back cause the server was talking to other coworkers. We get the receipt back and I was charged $95 and we realized she had given us someone else's check and food order. Me and my wife begin to realize our food was for the other customer and they had our order. The server didn't even say anything about the check mess up and acted like nothing happened. P.S the restaurant wasn't even busy it's about 8:30pm on a Saturday night. Me and wife wanted to try a different seafood place. We regret that decision, for now on we are sticking to our favorite juicy crab! read more
