I passed this place in the Boca Town Center mall, and I can never turn down boba. They have a good selection and I like that you can get different sizes (unlike some boba places). They also have some Asian snacks, which looked amazing. My order was wrong, but I agreed to take it anyway because I didn't want to be *that* person; it was kind of annoying because the only reason I stopped here was because I saw that they had a specific flavor that I love (lavender), and then I didn't even end up getting it. Perfect spot for a quick bite. Immediate service. I ordered chicken and vegetable dumplings. They were done within seven minutes and tasted very good. I would order more, but I'm trying to keep my New Year's diet. I don't think I have ever seen this concept in a mall before. Unique spot. read more

I got the fruit peach boba tea that has green tea added to it it was good not overly sweet they defintely put in too much ice for my liking though. One problem was the boba was inconsistent some were so soft and others were hard to bite. The service was also pretty quick even with the amount of people waiting for their orders. Overall I defintely think it's a hit or miss with this place. read more

I just had cataract surgery so vision is not perfect! Upon arriving home I looked over my receipt and was charged a tip without my permission!!! Buyer beware! Deceptive practices! I will report them! Disgusting! This is your job! You grabbed a cup, and turned the spigot behind you! I tip very well when I dine out or if you go above and beyond! Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed in the service here. Didn't get her name but a young lady with long black hair and glasses didn't want to make a boba slushy because they were "closing". We got there at 7:30 she proceeded to stay in the back, I had to say excuse me for her to come out at 7:40 and didn't want to make the drink we wanted that takes less than 5 minutes. Located in the boca mall, near to the container store, is a small boba place. When we first walked by we looked for 5 mins at the menu to see what they had, unfortunately no one was at the counter, so maybe they hadn't opened yet? Not sure. On our way out we again stopped by it, a couple minutes passed and someone finally came out. I ordered the cookies and cream drink, it took a good 10 mins for them to make the drink but let me say, this was probably the best boba drink I've had anywhere. It was a fantastic mix of flavors that all blended together to give you a true cookies and cream taste, I was shocked at how good it was. They have plenty of other drinks on the menu, with some finger foods as well. If you don't mind waiting a little, it's worth a try. read more

I was completely overwhelmed by the ENORMOUS menu and the different selections they had that I almost didn't order anything at all, but my boyfriend's dad made me. (Glad he did!) I was searching and looking and then I gasped when I saw it: horchata! I don't know why but it's really hard to find horchata, let alone GOOD horchata. But I would say that it's better than none. I think it could've been a little sweeter. The cinnamon was really dominating the drink. Worth noting: * Poor girl, only one person was working it seemed, but she was so calm especially when there was a line forming. It seemed like we were only behind one person, but 5 other people came up to get their orders so the place was POPPIN! * Boyfriend's dad ordered a smoothie and it was capped boba style. When she put the straw it, the cup SHATTERED and the smoothie went EVERYWHERE. That kind of plastic is supposed to be pretty durable and he didn't put that much strength into it, but amazingly enough she just made us another drink, no charge. Bless her heart. She's clearly not the brightest either as she follows her place of work with her personal and public instagram account. she gave me a fake name when I asked. I never paid much attention to my surroundings around this side of the mall at Boca Town Center, glad I paid attention today! I found a new Boba place, got a chance to meet the owner and learned that his wife painted the wall and did all the decorations for this place herself- cute DIY work! It was unique and beautiful, I noticed every bit of design that went into it and I had to tell him what a fabulous job they did. He was very kind and I definitely suggest trying to Hokkaido bubble tea! That is what I tried today, the flavor is new to me, the boba was soft and chewy. Super in-expensive and they were quick to make it. They have two sizes to choose from, the 16 OZ 24 OZ- 16 oz was enough for for me. They also have mochi ice cream available to buy as well as macarons and a few bite size items. I will be back soon!!! read more

However, after approximately 5 minutes, an employee emerged from behind the wall without any acknowledgment or apology for the delay. When I inquired about the estimated time of completion for the drinks, expressing concern due to the substantial number of customers waiting, I was met with rudeness and a dismissive response. The employee stated that the drinks would be ready when they were ready and promptly walked away. This encounter left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. The lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction was disheartening, especially considering the reputation your store has built. As a result of this unfortunate incident, I have made the decision not to return to your shop in the future. I have tried boba tea from almost every boba shops you can think of. By far, this has to be my least favorite. I ordered mango milk tea and it wasn't that flavorful. The boba was too small and wasn't chewy enough. There wasn't enough boba in my drink despite ordering a large size. But I will give two stars for the guy working behind the counter !! When i've passed it's never super busy. Went the other day for the first time and got passion fruit tea with passion pearls and black sugar pearls. It was sweet but super tasty!! The worker was new to the system but very helpful when ordering, nice, and good at explaining everything. The boba itself was really great, it took a few minutes to make it but totally worth it. Going to this mall for a long time now and noticed this cool new spot and I've been in the mood for boba lately so I had to try it out. First the staff is super nice although it was a bit. Busy and no one really Around but for a hard working place like this its understandable this Place is so fun and. Colorful and cool looking they have the menu displayed all over the place which is a plus so many drink choices of chose from as well as toppings and boba. They have smoothies shakes boba and more you name it they probably have it . They also have ice-cream and mochie. And food which I'll have to try next time. Today I got the cookies and cream drink it was so creamy. I watched how they made it. It also had boba pieces in it i tasted like grape flavor but I'm not too sure. But the chocolate and flavor was soo good I would get it again they also have cool lid covers so it doesn't spill. The prices are a little high but all in all great place to try read more

Decent bubble tea joint in the mall with pleasant service. The flavors are tasty if a bit industrial, but the popping Boba and jellies were a welcome addition to all of our drinks. My cup ended up having a crack in it, and after I walked away it ended up leaking out onto me. The cups may be a bit thin, and they need to double check before they hand you a broken cup. However, the service was friendly and the drinks a solid three stars. read more

Service was amazing and drinks made with love! But recently I've noticed a change in employees and service is slow and my drink is never made the way I order it. Today there was a miscommunication while ordering and so I asked if they could remake my drink once more with honey bobas this time, they threw my whole drink away and made me a new one and still with no boba in it. I didn't bother to go back and ask again sense there was plenty of people waiting to get there orders taken and there drinks ready. I know me and other customer's would appreciate if this situation was taken care off because it is a great place but needs better employees. read more
