The restaurant lives up to its name because the food was definitely fresh and incredibly flavourful. Some in our party got the salad, some got their loaded baked potato, and some got a wrap, but all walked away happy and full. The turkey burnt ends seemed to be popular among the group and they were amazing! Service is done assembly style and you just line up while they assemble your dish fresh to order and then you find a place to sit. I don't know when I will be back to El Dorado, but when I do visit again Hella Fresh is on the menu!

This was a small kitchen in a community store/old gas station. I arrived during noon lunch and the fact that more than half the booths/tables were full of local customers confirmed that this is a beloved local establishment! The employees were very nice. I was a bit hungry but had to continue driving about an hour or so and didn't want to stuff myself... so a single patty, bacon cheeseburger with everything on it and tater tots was the way to go. While they didn't have much options for soft drinks, no one really needs more than a soda or water or ice tea. The single patty burger was a good size and was perfect so that I wouldn't pass out from food coma on my continued travels. From the steady stream of local customers ordering burgers I see why this burger brings them back! Since I'll probably be making this trip a few more times per year I need to return during breakfast to try their breakfast sandwich... the staff thought they did these better than their lunch burgers!
