She is a Christian. When she feels talking about God and the scriptures will help add clarity to a situation, she talks about God. However I know she is respectful of other oppinions. She is traned in EMDR which has made a difference in my treatment. The staff is friendly, and the waiting area is welcoming and has a coffee and tea bar. It has been this way since I started working with them a few years ago. They've been audited and I had to be refunded money they overcharged and now recently my insurance claims have been charged differently because they've changed the way they bill medication management appointments. While I don't believe they're able to control this, they did tell me that the copay would remain $10; it has not remained the same and is $80 and I am now having to back pay for all appointments up to this point for appointments that I was told would for sure be a $10 copay. If they were able to get their finance situation under control I would absolutely recommend them, but constant uncertainty about how you're being charged is not okay. This situation is just the straw that broke the camels back.
