I originally started coming for adjustments to help with headaches and have continued throughout my pregnancy! The weekly adjustments have seriously helped me so much, compared to other pregnancies (that I didn't have consistent chiropractic care) my body feels so much better. Dr Fisher is who I usually see, and she is so nice! She always asks about my day and how pregnancy is going and makes sure I get the care I'm looking for when I'm there. I've suffered from Sciatic pain for over a year . Movies, car drives, a airplane ride would cause me such pain! I recently had a business trip and the thought of the pain had me thinking I should try an adjustment prior OMG I should have done this along time ago!!! I have been going here for several months now, and my experience has been great! I was curious when I saw this place open up at the mall, and I ended up getting a membership. I've had several different chiropractors here adjust my back, and they have all been friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I have received several great recommendations for stretches and other ways to help my recovery from a back injury. The receptionists are also fantastic- very friendly and welcoming! Bonus points for the fact that getting in and out is fast and easy! All I needed was a quick adjustment to relieve some headache, tension and low back pain. After telling the chiropractor about some of the pain, I have experienced, he asked, he began to tell me that what I was doing with my orthopedic doctor medical plan was not going to work, and I need to come in and see him 2-4 days a week in order to get chiropractic care at a price that was outrageous. as I was getting adjusted, he was smirking as though my orthopedic doctor did not know what they were talking about in front of the other patients . I thought it was very unprofessional of him dismiss my orthopedic doctors advice and medical care. It was very annoying and frustrating. I will not be returning to another joint because I don't want to sales pitch every time I go in there to try to get me to come back to something that will probably not work or my orthopedic doctor would have a prescribed chiropractic care. You won't find a more affordable chiropracter anywhere else! The Joint is a chain, so sometimes the chiropracter there is from a different branch, but that's uncommon. Along with being most budget-friendly, The Joint is also incredibly time friendly. I went with my husband without an appointment and we not only got in right away, but in the future all we have to do to check in is scan a little personalized card at the front desk (kind of like a library card) and then head on back for treatment. They offer a great membership deal that lasts a little over a month that brings down the cost of an adjustment to right around $10! The only potential issue is that you do have to pay for all of the membership up front and make that commitment right there and then...but if you do, they put your first visit onto it, so that gets that insanely low price, too. read more

The business model of this place is kind of genius, they do adjustments - which is what most people are interested in anyway - and that's it. You check in with a key tag scan so you don't have to wait very long, if at all. There aren't seperate exam rooms, so theres low overhead. Like I said, its kinda genius. They aren't getting 5 stars from me because they hours are inconsistent. They close for lunch but each of the doctors take lunch at a different time so if you (like me) try to go there on you lunch hour you can't always count on the doctor to be there - 3 times I've tried to go there at different times in the early afternoon and every time the doctor was at lunch; if they had a consistent time, I could plan around it but now I just don't bother between 11:30 and 2. read more

I would give 10 stars if I could. I was messed up after a round of golf and had another chiropractor in the area take a look and he massaged my neck for half an hour but I still had persistent pain. I came back to The Joint after not seeing them for a couple years and the dr. immediately diagnosed some displaced ribs. The adjustment took less than 5 mins, and I feel a million times better. Nerve pain and tension is gone, my muscles are still a little sore from being tensed up for so long. They do a great job. They don't work with insurance companies, which is understandable. However, if you take on the task of submitting a claim to your insurance yourself, it is difficult to obtain the required information for the claim. For example, I needed a tax id or a national provider id. Giving only 3 stars because the office staff is clueless on how to support this information. For a healthcare practitioner it would seem to be fairly standard to support an insurance claim submission that a client is taking the responsibility for. read more

Great staff, great price. My back and neck have been messed up but I've always had a fear of coming to a place like this ("what if they mess up and I'm paralyzed?!") but they do amazing. I get headaches constantly from my neck vertebrae slipping out of place, and the doctor is able to get it fixed in less than 5 minutes. read more

I honestly felt no better after my first visit but I decided to give it another try, and I had the same results. I didn't feel any better. They also charged me 3 extra times on my credit card. I called several times and emailed about the 3 extra charges and they kept telling me they would take care of it. The last time I called they said there was no evidence of any extra charges. Just another scam. Once again disappointed by another place just looking to take advantage of the customer. They rush you through the process of initialing boxes when signing up. While not informing you that this will be an auto renewal agreement and that you must cancel 30 days before it will be shut off. Dr. Richter is a magic worker! He takes his time with all his patients and makes sure they leave feeling their best. He gives patients stretches to do at home and really takes the time to understand what they are feeling. The Joint offers very affordable chiropractic prices and they are a walk in clinic so I can go in anytime! Basically this place and Dr. Richter are the greatest. read more

Really disappointing. After calling ahead and insuring I would be able to get an adjustment in within a certain amount of time, I arrived at the office. The front desk rep was pleasant. I filled out the paper work and sat there for 50 min. Other walking regulars were taken in front of me. After the receptionist apologized a few times she went back to see if I could still get an adjustment. The dr's said no. Um... Really? I came to see them because was hurting extremely bad. They never came out and said a word. Weird, rude, and very unprofessional. Truly disappointed! read more

Like many others, it was not explained to me that the joint requires a thirty day notice in order to cancel treatment plans. Because the service is prepaid I expected a refund to be an option. They would not work with me at all in order to get my money back. I'm disappointed with the joint. This clearly shows to me and hopefully to you that this company is not about its customers. read more
