Thankfully I left an open…read moretab to the website :) So back in January of this year, I went to see Dr. Erickson when I was about 22 weeks pregnant as he's licensed in doing the Webster's Technique for pregnant women. I was experiencing MAJOR tailbone and pelvic pain. It was so bad I could hardly roll over in bed, let alone get out of bed - and that's pretty rough when you have a baby constantly crushing your bladder!! All day everyday I was in pain. Even just doing simple ordinary tasks. Thank the good Lord I found Dr. Erickson! This was actually my first time ever going to a chiropractor too so I had no clue what to expect. Dr. Erickson was extremely professional throughout my entire time going here. The ladies at the front desk were delightful every time I visited - which was a lot. The first time I went, Dr. Erickson advised that I go 3 times within that first week and a half. He explained I needed to basically "play catch up". I'm not gonna lie, I was a bit skeptical at first wondering if I was being taken advantage of because I was in so much pain, even after the first adjustment. I talked to my husband afterwards and although he was a bit skeptical too, he ultimately thought I should follow his recommendations and see if it worked. I'm so glad I did because after each adjustment I felt SO much better. I could finally walk and not be in pain. I'll never forget the 2nd time I walked out of there, I literally got in my truck and cried because of how much relief I had. Now, while it would've been nice if it was an easy "just go 3 times and you're completely healed" kinda thing, I did have to maintain my visits throughout the pregnancy to keep the pain at bay. Thankfully, they have great package deals on visits!! I purchased the largest package and it was the best approx $800 I ever spent (I can't remember the exact amount right now but it was around that). I was able to go every week leading up to 39 weeks pregnant and then doubled up and went twice a week on week 40. The day I turned 41 weeks I went and got adjusted and went into labor that night!! Baby girl was in great LOA positioning, I experienced NO back labor, hallelujah!! And about two weeks postpartum, I brought myself and baby back in, Dr. Erickson adjusted my 2 week old for free. I think I waited another week or two and went in and got my free postpartum adjustment as well. A few weeks after that, we moved out of state so I'm unfortunately unable to go back here which sucks a lot because this whole place - from office staff to cleanliness, to the professionalism, the price, everything I can think of was just perfect and allowed me to truly have a WAY more enjoyable pregnancy. If you're pregnant and in pain and near Provo, take this as your sign to go see this chiropractor!
