So when I drive up north and need an adjustment after the long drive I can go to one in Prescott. 2. So many amazing doctors that all have their own special skill they bring to the table. I have been on a wellness plan with The Joint for years. I have been going to the Baseline location for 4 years. The staff is always friendly and I seldom have to wait. All chiropractors listen to my issues and treat me with my requests in mind. Dr Kozar is wonderful. He adjusts my neck and back as I request and helps by giving me suggestions to better my health. Stay away from all these "The Joint Chiropractic" on my first visit they were quick to get me to sign up on their wellness plan, but they forgot to mention you cannot cancel after two billing cycles. I have been seeing Dr Kozar at this location for over a year. He is the only one that has been able to adjust me properly. I have a five level fusion and a lot atrophy from MS. All of the other chiropractors I have used hurt me or not adjusted properly. He is so good! When I went in today I was told it was his last day at this location. I am so upset! How could you move doctors like they are pieces of meat or pawns on a chess board? Doctors have everything to do with patient health. It is so difficult to find good ones. I am considering stopping my monthly subscription and going elsewhere. read more

If we are as young as our spinal column, I'd be 99. I got 99 problems and chiropractic solves like 94 of them. Snap, crackle, and pop! I'm not one that believes that the chiropractor can actually *fix* anything but I do like cracking my joints to relieve the pressure. I like the feeling of being snapped and cracked back into place especially since I'm always craning my neck over my phone and playing on my laptop! I Yelp a lot, okay!? Going to the chiropractor makes me feel mobile again! If you are truly suffering from a recent incident or accident where you need thorough care, this place might not be for you. I signed up for the monthly because I got 3 free sessions and went 2x a week just to start out and ended up cancelling after 1 month because I got referred from my primary care DR to another place that accepted my insurance and The Joint stated they would not honor the remainder sessions I had on my account unless I paid for an additional month which made no sense to me. read more

Very unsatisfied with the service. Something is off with this place. The person who did the treatment was trying to sell packages to me. The initial consultation was a joke. "I would not be exercising until your body is fixed because your nerves can die". The "Doctor" had dirty and smelly hands that he touched at least 7 other patients with before me. He for whatever reason was touching my face throughout the treatment while stretching my neck. I have been seeing a chyropractor for about 10+ years and none of them ever touched my face before. I wish I could give this place a better review, but I just cannot. The consistency here is awful in regards to who may or may not be working on you and the quality/attitude of the majority of their people is less than desirable. The past two times I've come in, the individual adjusting me asked a multitude of questions, stopped after each adjustment to ask how each movement felt and if it improved mobility, etc. she truly cared. Fast forward to today and I get an individual who seemed so miserable to be there that my mood had worsened in the 3 minutes (yes, she spent less than 5 minutes on me and asked zero questions). Sadly this has been my experience consistently here and I will not be purchasing more packages once the current ones are gone. Definitely go to a legitimate practice if you can afford to. To put it into context, coming here for an adjustment is like going to the school where hairstylist learn to cut hair by charging next to nothing to practice on you... you get what you pay for. read more

I used to love this place but it has gone so far downhill in the past year. Every time i've come to get adjusted they're either closed with no explanation or there's no doctor there. I have gone in multiple times this month to get adjusted and been turned away by the receptionist. They should staff their office better or simply close the location. Not to mention the lack of personability provided by The Joint as a whole; when there IS a doctor present they'll give you the same adjustment every time, no matter what you tell them. They don't take the time to actually tell you what they're doing or why, they just want to get you in and out as fast as possible. March 15, 2020: I ended up going to my bank's credit card department and disputing all of the charges since September forward. The bank did the right thing and reversed these disputed charges back off my credit card. Since this outfit can't prove that they should've charged me during those months, these reversals hopefully are the end of this. My husband and I had flown in to Phoenix for an event. I felt all humped over from riding in planes/trains/cars all day and Dr. Kevin deftly set me straight. He even fixed my thumb that had been bothering me for a week. My husband had hit his head getting into the rental car and found great relief at the hands of Dr. Keith. There were 4 receptionists talking loudly and mocking customers speaking loudly about people's medical information and boasting about how the ignored someone on hold until they hung up. There is no privacy in the building there are 3 rickety tables next to each other where you get your 3 minute adjustment. Your paying 10$ per minute. I heard about the joint on the radio. I've never been to a chiropractor before, but I've had a nagging pain in my left shoulder for a few years that decided to flare up about six weeks ago. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the place and the friendly, knowledgeable staff. My chiropractor, Steve (forgot his last name) asked me a lot of very good questions and explained what he recommended doing before he did anything. He put me at ease that I was in good hands. My shoulder is doing much better now! Still going in once a week; but this injury has been building up for a few years; it's going to take awhile for it to heal. I like this place because it's a bare bones (sorry about the pun!) way of getting chiropractic care. There are no x-rays or other expensive ploys to chisel you. Instead you just go in and get the joints cracked. The only thing I don't like is that if you get on their auto bill plan there is a 30 day notice to stop billing the credit card. So, even if you want to quit you have to buy another month of treatments. The good thing is that the prices are very low. The chiropractor that treated me was friendly and professional, and I think he did an outstanding job of cracking my stiff neck and back. The other thing I like is that you can go to any of their offices to get treatment because they are all networked together. So far I have been to two offices (first one in Scottsdale) and was satisfied both times. read more

I started going to The Joint Chiropractic last year due to back and neck (most likely a knot) problems from the job I was currently working at (not anymore now). It caused a lot of pain in my neck and I would pull/strain a muscle in my neck from turning too fast. The job I had worked at had me on my feet and constantly working my back and arm muscles in the same motion. I was also constantly slouched over and it caused problems for me. I had decided to go to this specific chiropractic office because of previous friends that had gone and I have heard a lot of good reviews from them. Dr. Davis was my first chiropractor, he is friendly, nice, and genuinely cares for his patients. Every time I go in, he always addresses me by my name and asks how I'm doing, how my boyfriend is doing, and my family. He always remembers our last conversation even after not going for 2 months due to Covid-19. He is hands down my all-time favorite chiropractor and I always wait until he's down with his current patient. read more

The place has as comfortable ambiance, very comfortable with barely any wait time ( I'm in and outta there in 15 minutes or so,) the treatments are most economical with the monthly package if you have chronic pain. I preface this review by saying I have never been to a chiropractor before, although I have definitely needed to go to one for quite some time! I have to admit that since it was my first time I didn't quite know what to expect. I was quite apprehensive to say the least. I have had quite a bit of trouble with my lower back for the better part of a decade. Needless to say I was nervous that I was just going to get cracked like crazy and that I would end up in more pain than I already had. However, I'm happy to say that that was definitely not the case. The chiropractor that worked on me was very knowledgeable and took his time to explain everything that he was going to do before he did it. Prior to even laying a hand on me he took several moments to talk to me about my prior physical conditions so he had a good understanding of anything to be aware of. After getting my treatment I can honestly say that I now understand why people go to chiropractors. My lower back was about 95% relieved of all tension tightness and pain. It truly made a huge difference and I feel way better for it. I guess only the next few days will tell, but at this point it was the best money I've spent on myself in quite some time. I was able to get the first time walk in treatment for less than $20 which was awesome. The only downside, was after my treatment the doctor gave me his sales pitch and tried to tell me I should sign up for a 10 session membership. Granted, walking and I knew the sales pitch was inevitable, but it still sucks to have to sit through it. All in all, I will definitely be returning... Not quite sure whether it will be for the 10 session membership, but I will be returning. read more

As with all joints there's rarely a week and if there is typically very short. I was surprised how fast my appointment was. The doctor adjusted me and when I asked further questions about what I could do on my own to prevent my hips tilting, I was told she didn't know and I would Have to keep coming to get adjusted, I figured I would get some type of advice. I have been to other joints and the doctors always give me some type of advice-less training of muscles, stretch differently, etc. The receptionist ran my card 2 times and never cancelled one of them. This place is seriously amazing, I went to The Joint for the first time in 2016 and haven't stopped since. They are incredibly convenient, you don't even need an appointment. There's so many locations so when I'm traveling I can pop in any Joint and get an adjustment. And they are open on the weekends! I get maintenance adjustments weekly and let me just say Dr. Nick and Dr. Kevin are awesome! They are both really great chiropractors. They listen to what's going on with me to best address any complaints I have and I walk out feeling brand new! I highly recommend The Joint Chiropractic!!! read more
