Came in for an adjustment and I prefer to pay per adjustment and not sign up for monthly plans. Front desk receptionist made a snarky remark that I could've saved X amount of dollars if I would just sign up for a membership. I politely declined and took a seat in the back to wait for my adjustment. When I turn came, I was called, then the doctor said I'm sorry I'm going to take her because she's been waiting - although that person had arrived after I did. There was another doctor sitting there helping no one, who even asked my name and checked where I was on the list. He made no comment or eye contact and proceeded to click on his computer. After waiting an additional 10 minutes with no acknowledgement I decided to leave. Poor customer service and disrespect will not gain you customers. I've been coming here since February 2015. I rotate between this location and the one on McCarran and Kietzke depending on what errands I need to run in the area. Dr. Dan, who has since retired for couple of years now, was super awesome! It was him that let me know that I could freeze my account vs putting it on hold when I got stationed in another state. Apparently, there is a difference. I worked for months trying to find how I'm able to keep my membership while away without canceling and was told I only had 90 days for the hold. So, Dr. Dan advocating for me got my account "frozen" rather than on hold. And with that, I was able to keep my membership for almost one year and easily activated it upon return. Dr. Robbins is the current primary doctor here and he is amazeballs! Super knowlegeable and he give tips for better wellness when called for. He is a favorite that so much so I expect the absolute best from other doctor that works here. Unfortunately, not all of them are up to par although I understand that all doctors/patients are different. With that said, to make sure that I don't walk out of this office disappointed then I just make sure that he is in when I want to come in. read more

What a great way to set up a chiropractic business! No appointments, reasonable fees and fee structures. I've only had three adjustments so far but my body feels new. What a relief because my hips, back and neck were hurting so much that it was literally ruining my life! I was in horrible pain (on a 1-10 pain scale, 10.) years I could barely walk my beloved dogs and I couldn't do anything that I enjoy like snow shoeing, hiking, etc. I didn't realize how much pain I was in until it was gone. I have been coming to The Joint for a few years now. I am in the stage of life where I am enjoying the results of my younger selfs choices, a car accident, poor posture and the like. I am in the 4 visits a month plan. I have been very pleased with the care I receive there. Occasionally, I get a sub-par adjustment but the majority of my visits are exceptional. Dr. Rawlins has made some recommendations for things I can do at home between bisits and that has been extremely helpful. I am convinced that the visits help me stay moving without pain. I feel better when I go every week and worse when I don't go. I feel the cost is reasonable and I get value for this investment in my health. read more

I have been to orthopedic surgeon and they told me there was nothing they could do for me. I been very happy with the Doctors at the Joint Sparks. It is way out of my way. I stay at my at my youngest Son's property parking my 39 RV on his property in Cold Springs NV. Gezz Cold Springs is real nice quiet place to stay. Hillbilly neighborhood I guess I fit LOL. 4X4 & dirt bike area. BLM property surrounding area. 7-11 of course and 2 little stores. The Drive is an escape and worth getting my Adjustments Dr. TIM. I been very sick pancrratic problems. Thanks for waiting after your work as my son was assisting me into his car. My Son was parked in back of a new Tesla. Nice car very rude owner being parked in Handicap illegally. Gezz owner showed of Tesla while we were almost to leave. Wow I cannot disapprove of this company more. I paid $78.00 for 4 visits they won't let me use because of the day was "yesterday". I signed up to receive 4 visits a month and they said today for the first time I cannot use any from the other months. That was not in the paperwork or verbally said to me when I signed up. They also wouldn't allow me to be seen unless I signed up for another $79. Month! Ugh so frustrated, horrible customer service, terrible communication skills and the girl wasn't even wearing her mask properly. I felt disrespected, ignored, and belittled. She shouldn't speak to people like that and needs to be professional when talking to paying customers. Won't ever be back. Want to be refunded!! read more

All I can say right now is WOW. I walked in to get an adjustment and when I told that to the receptionist, she told me that they are a different type of chiropractor and do a membership system. So it's not the type of place where I can come in and get an adjustment without a commitment. She did say they can't force me to pay for a membership but she also stared at me until I left instead of letting me fill out paperwork and get adjusted. I'm just completely blown away by how rude and inconsiderate this person was. Save your money and time and go elsewhere where they actually care about customer service. Additionally- if you look at the response they gave me, you can tell they didn't read my review, but just posted a very canned message. What a joke. read more

In every way as qualified, professional, effective and caring without the needless frills and excessive fees let alone appointment hassles. Walk in, get adjusted, get on with it. With my monthly package of one per week, I pay less than one perhaps two visits with any other office and receive better care. Lastly, you can find care when you need it, where you need it given the massive number of locations they have. This location never has enough help. The wait is always way too long. Doctors are good, but the wait ruins everything for me.

This location isn't nearly as busy as the north reno location is. And they have more than one doctor on the weekdays. But unfortunately it's still a very impersonal experience, as you're never really with the same doctor since they don't accept appointments. I've been to a different chiropractor every time I've come in and I've only been in 3 times. Working through an injury, I'd like someone that knowledgeable and close to my healing plan rather than someone who just reads the notes in my chart and goes from there. I also got paired with a training Chiro last time I was there and it took him a few practice adjustments before he got it right. It left me a little uneasy with this location. read more

This location was My last visit in Vegas left me in more pain than when I arrived. Came out here for a work trip and needed a quick alignment after the gym and these folks took great care of me. Even had me walk around the building before leaving to assure everything was in its correct place. Also I felt like an inch and a half talking when I walked out so that was a double plus. I've gone to a chiropractor for years, but this will be the 1st and last time I will use their services (Joint Chiropractic). It started off great in the reception area. The two young women manning the front reception desk were awesome! It went south when I got called around the corner to the fishbowl! There were 3 tables in an open area where other clients were sitting waiting their turns. If I was not in so much pain, I would have left. I'm used to a more medical like setting where patients are in private rooms, not in an assembly line setting. The manipulation was subpar at best. No ultra sound used to help loosen up the affected area prior to the manipulation. As for the treatment, all my previous experiences with multiple chiropractors is they use a much more gentler technique to treat the lower back. They put you on your side have you pull your knee to your chest while they put their knee on your knee, one hand on your hip and the other on your shoulder. They then gently put weight on your knee while gently twisting you so your vertebrae slide into place. There method is the much harsher method of having you lie on your stomach and "popping" your vertebrae in place. Also, they don't finish with a Tens unit therapy to help with spasms. I suppose if this all you ever been exposed to it is okay, but not for me. read more

They have predatory business practices. I went in with a shoulder problem a total of four times not once was my shoulder addressed. Only later was it mentioned I may need to get a massage, but not from them since they don't do massage at all. So what was I paying $187 for them to do everything except my problem. True quality chiropractic care takes time, it looks like their business model is to get people in and out within five minutes. I am only writing this review to warn others with legitimate medical issues this style of chiropractic probably won't work for more serious problems. read more

I went to The Joint to get adjusted as I had been having some neck pain. It is located right in between Chipotle and Buffalo Wild Wings so I could see how if you went at the wrong time, parking would be a situation. The Joint only takes walk ins, so there is no appointment needed, which could be a good or bad thing. After filling out the paperwork I finally got adjusted. The chiropractor was very nice and explained everything that he did and why he was doing it. Up until this point, I would have given it a 5 star review. But after he was done adjusting me the man tried to sell me on getting their monthly plan. I would have appreciated this but it was ALOT and kind of in my face. He did offer four free adjustments if I signed up though. Unfortunately I just didn't get a great vibe after that and decided not to sign up for the monthly plan. read more
