I've had amazing experiences with The Joint Chiropractic in Westminster. The doctor there is easy to talk to and very thorough. I previously had a few back injuries and after a few adjustments from Dr. Todd I am able to run, jog, and lift again without any pain or discomfort. I've been to insurance paid chiropractors before and I have to say, The Joint is a much better deal and the environment is much more comforting/welcoming. From the minute I walked into this specific location I was impressed by Vanessa the executive looking woman behind the desk. She was extremely thorough and voluntarily told us exactly how long the wait was, so we attempted again to ask for our accounts, my boyfriend and I to sync up and be charged at the same time and therefore have the same cycle. She did it in front of us by contacting my location and within 5 minutes we were now going to be charged at the same date. We asked for this over a year ago! So we were impressed, but it didn't stop there... moved into get adjusted and met the dr. He was also very thorough and interested in all aspects of history before adjusting. I have not had results from side posture for over 5 years and enrolled in 2012 at the joint. When I first started u would get relief from this type of adjustment easily. I am a very tall woman and it's possible that since the dr. is tall it would work better.. so he did it, it worked amazingly! It was more result than any other attempt! I loved his method and was very impressed. When he adjusted my boyfriend he was very aware of the spinal fusion in his lower back as well and my boyfriend was also impressed with his technique! Dr Cunningham is superior in his great customer service and his adjustment techniques! He really works to make sure he addresses any issues and customizes the adjustment to fix mobility problems. He uses his training and knowkedge about the body to decide the best approach so you walk away feeling whole again and pain-free. I only recommend him at this location as he is the best and very, very consistent. Aside from his methods and style of adjustment, he is also such a professional with the most authentic, sincere and welcoming personality! His bedside manor is awesome and beyond reproach. You can count on being of value to him as a person and a patient, and he really wants to heal people. I thank him profusely! I am blessed to have found such a great chiropractor and cant imagine living pain-free without his treatments and care. I happily saw a prior chiropractor for 25 years in Downey who was also superior, but I moved to HB and am now lucky to have Dr Cunningham, as well as the HB location for Dr Chandra to see nearby. The other Dr's at these locations are not even as good for me so I only go to specific Dr's (its good to know their work days and hours & plan your week accordingly!). You have to find the Dr that fits your skeketal needs best and is based upon your expectations. I am much happier and can fully carry out all of my responsibilities well because of him. Dr Todd is awesome! I'm​ a returning​ patient of the Joint franchise. Todd is great, here's why: I had been going to another Joint a few miles away reluctantly for over a year..I said reluctantly because I paid for the five visits thinking I'd use it for "rescue" from whenever I throw my back out. I teach kickboxing, work out regularly, and train Bootcamp, all while maintaining my clinical job as a nurse case manager...that is until I injured my back lifting, and in typical fashion, I kept driving on! I Yelped for a good chiropractor, affordable, and easy access hours. At this point I wasn't a fan of The Joint franchises, until Dr Todd. This guy has a great personality, bedside manners​ , whatever it is, Todd knows his patients needs. I gave chiro another chance. I followed Todd's directions "work on it couple times a week, then get me stable" I bought the plan (gave me a veterans discount) and went regularly/ weekly. I do feel healthier, I wake up in a lot less pain, best of all, I have my flexibility back​! read more

Dr. Todd was able to pop a couple trouble spots in my mid back that other chiropractors couldn't. He did it first visit and I cannot believe the results. Feeling better than I have in years. I did the $69.00 for 4 visits plan and I am very happy. I have been able to stop popping tylenol and advil like M&M's and if I have a setback I can go right away with no appointment to get an adjustment. Worth it. read more

For new patient, there is 6 pages questionnaire which include demographic and health history info. No xray, electrical stimulation, ultra sound, restrictedly chiropractic adjustments only. If you are healthy, once a month chiropractic care need, then give the Joint a try. They have multiple locations to serve you. read more

Updated Review: I signed up for the wellness plan and followed the Dr.'s recommendations. After 2 months of weekly visits, my sciatic pain was relieved! During my time, I've had Dr. Jaymee Damasco and Dr. Todd Cunningham do my adjustments and both are fantastic doctors. Once my pain was relieved, I felt that I no longer needed their services for the time being. To clear any misconceptions of canceling your wellness plan, here is my experience. You'll have to cancel in person by filling out a form, and it's super simple and easy. Once I signed the cancellation form, the receptionist at the time, apparently forgot to put the change in the system (I believe may have been an honest mistake), so I was charged another month. I called in, and the other receptionist Dan answered. He was very helpful and polite about the entire situation. Dan checked that I had completed the cancellation form, and issued me a refund instantly. There was no hassle with cancellation other than a minor error that was quickly resolved. My experience here has been nothing short of amazing, and I'll definitely be back if I experience more pain. read more

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!!! I started coming here when I found out I was pregnant. Dr. Todd did a great job of adjusting my neck and back all throughout my pregnancy and keeping me as pain-free as possible. He also gave me excellent tips of what I could do at home to keep things on track. I kept coming right up until my due date. In fact, Dr. Todd adjusted me the day before I gave birth! He always works with you to accommodate whatever you may have going on. Even though my last few months of adjustments were done with me on my side and back it left me feeling great!!!
