Literally the best chiropractor experience ever! I'll never go to another - I have had terrible chiro experiences in the past, I am so happy to have Dr. Trigo now. He is so gentle and precise in his approach, it's a very quick and easy experience, it doesn't feel like it's dragged on (unlike some of my other chiro experiences). Everything he does is very purposeful. After every appointment with Dr. Trigo, I walk out feeling: taller, more relaxed, and also more energized - like I can conquer the world! I've had several experiences that left me so surprised and ultimately a believer. One time, I had a cold, but my symptoms felt more severe than usual. My sinuses were so blocked causing so much pressure built up behind my eyes that it was giving me a terrible migraine for two straight days. I also had a lot of congestion in my chest so my chest felt a little tight and harder to breathe than normal. I decided to go get adjusted by Dr. Trigo because I had heard it might help some of my symptoms - and it did! Almost instantly when I sat up after he had adjusted my neck and upper/mid back area, I felt all the pressure release from my head, face, and chest, it kinda felt like unblocking a dam. It was the most jaw-dropping experience. I've never had instant relief with any other chiropractors. Another time, I went a couple of weeks feeling really crummy and very fatigued. I thought I might just be stressed or something mainly because I was dealing with so much brain fog, like I couldn't think straight. I didn't really understand why until I went to get adjusted. My upper neck has a tendency to get locked up and Dr. Trigo is always so gentle. Every time he adjusts that area, my brain fog and fatigue immediately dissipates and I feel like a brand new person! And weirdly enough... I didn't feel stressed anymore! I've been to a couple different chiropractors and absolutely nothing beats Dr. Trigo. I'm a college student and his adjustments are way more cost-effective than other offices. He talks to you throughout the adjustment, letting you know what he's adjusting and what symptoms it should help with. He doesn't twist you like a pretzel and put you in uncomfortable positions. He doesn't "force" an adjustment if it's too painful or the muscles are too tense. I've never met a more professional and experienced chiropractor ever. I commute from south Orange County to drive up to see Dr Trigo 3X a week. I have been experiencing a lot of neck, full back pain, and the rotation in my neck is quite limited from a previous accident I just had. My chiropractor retired so I went to Dr. Jeff Trigo because my arm had pain at the elbow and my hand would fall asleep at night. He told me that he knew what the problem was but then did X-rays and told me that just as he suspected, the problem was my neck. He supplied me with a lot of info, did a few additional tests with range of motion, told me that he wrote a book and wanted to sell me a $200 posture pump. He adjusted my neck, and then told me that he wrote a book....in fact, he mentioned his book 3 times on the first visit. I told him that I did have rib area issues and that when I had a personal trainer, I couldn't do certain exercises that involved lying face down and also that my previous chiropractor had once done work in the thoracic region and I had a "pop" felt in my left armpit that caused me pain for weeks. I told him that I did not want an adjustment to the thoracic region. During my second visit, I expected him to ask me how I was doing but when he didn't, I started to tell him anyway and he cut me off and told me that he already knows how I feel. Really, I thought? How arrogant is this guy? So he adjusts my neck and within 3 seconds, he goes further down and I hear this loud crack and feel instant pain in my entire rib area. I start crying, which I have never done in a doctor's office before, and I told him that he broke me. He said that he didn't break me, that I was very bound up and he released all the congestion. Then he showed me how much pressure he used and so basically, he hurt me a second time.  I was in such pain that I honestly didn't think that I could get off the table. I still lay there crying and I told him that he didn't listen to me.....that I told him to not touch that area. I was able to eventually get up, though it hurt a lot. He mentioned his book again somewhere in this second visit and I couldn't believe that I had to pay this guy for actually hurting me. Today is exactly one week from that second visit and it hurts to lay down and every single breath I take, I feel pain in my ribs. I also feel it under my armpit. I feel miserable. I went back 2 days after the second adjustment to get my X-rays because I paid for them and he made me sign them out and told me that they were actually the property of the office. I signed them out. I brought them to my regular physician and explained my experience. I was diagnosed with tennis elbow and carpal tunnel. I honestly can say that I will never go to another chiropractor. I have been with Dr. Trigo for about 5 years now (or even longer) and I am so glad I found him, I do not agree at all with the person who left negative feedback. When I first went to Dr. Trigo, he totally took his time explaining everything, took x-rays and went through a payment plan to make it easier to see him more often. I had a bad neck and an orthopedic doctor told me its Arthritis, well about a month into seeing Dr. T the pain went away. And yes follow-up vists are quicker the more you heal because then its just maintenance, but I can't see him not taking extra time especially with a new patient!!!! I not only go there myself, but I take my children as well (teenagers), and occasionally my husband (he does not have time to see him regularly but would if he could) - I even took my Dad (who came to visit us for x-mas from Austria) who does not believe in Chiropractic care and even he wanted to go again before he went back home but we ran out of time because of the holidays. When the kids are sick they don't ask for a regular doctor they ask to go see Dr. Trigo because of the immediate results we see.
