Dr Trigo is personable, knowledgeable and listened to me. He explains how adjustments help my body heal itself. His office is friendly.

I can't say enough great things about Dr Jeff (Trigo). I was in so much pain with a pinched nerve and with one treatment the pain is already starting to subside. He is very knowledgaeable, explains the issue that was identified, and presents the plan of action. He is great. If you are looking for a great chiropractor, he is your man! read more

One of the finest chiropractors I've ever seen. Dr Jeff took X-rays of my back and neck. He then meticulously pointed out all of the problem areas and adjusted each one. This man has given me adjustments that I didn't know existed. There's a decent chance you're going to feel "off" for a day or two after his adjustment because of all of the garbage that's been released - but you'll feel like you're flying soon after. Visiting his office for followups is easy. Hardly ever a wait, and he has you in and out within minutes. $40 per adjustment session is a a steal. Don't wait any longer - book this man. read more

Dr. Trigo adjusted my daughter and I, and we couldn't be happier!! My daughter is a teenager who had occasional lower back pain and limited movement in her shoulder. We walked in to Dr. Trigo's and were greeted by friendly staff and doctors. Dr. Trigo explained how subluxations in our spine can limit movement and lead to health complications throughout our lifetime. After our adjustments, my daughter and I felt immediate relief from tension, stress and stiffness... all things we had been living with as if it was part of life. Dr. Trigo helped us understand that having an aligned spine is an essential part of living a healthy and happy life. We are so happy to have met Dr. Trigo and are looking forward to our next adjustment! read more

I have never been to a chiropractor before and thought, "hey let's check it out and see what it's about." I was scared at first because I didn't know what to expect during my consult. However Dr. Trigo made me feel so comfortable during my visit. My visit was very educational which I appreciated. He showed a lot of compassion and concern for my spinal health. I was so intrigued by my visit that I wanted to know more. So I purchased his book and decided to take a deep dive to learn more about Chiropractic practices. I would definitely recommend everyone to visit Dr. Trigo and trust him with your health concerns. I have already reached out to friends and family about my experience. Health is wealth! read more

Trigo Chiropractic - Dr. Trigos book - Chiropractors Near Me - Huntington Beach, California

Literally the best chiropractor experience ever! I'll never go to another - I have had terrible chiro experiences in the past, I am so happy to have Dr. Trigo now. He is so gentle and precise in his approach, it's a very quick and easy experience, it doesn't feel like it's dragged on (unlike some of my other chiro experiences). Everything he does is very purposeful. After every appointment with Dr. Trigo, I walk out feeling: taller, more relaxed, and also more energized - like I can conquer the world! I've had several experiences that left me so surprised and ultimately a believer. One time, I had a cold, but my symptoms felt more severe than usual. My sinuses were so blocked causing so much pressure built up behind my eyes that it was giving me a terrible migraine for two straight days. I also had a lot of congestion in my chest so my chest felt a little tight and harder to breathe than normal. I decided to go get adjusted by Dr. Trigo because I had heard it might help some of my symptoms - and it did! Almost instantly when I sat up after he had adjusted my neck and upper/mid back area, I felt all the pressure release from my head, face, and chest, it kinda felt like unblocking a dam. It was the most jaw-dropping experience. I've never had instant relief with any other chiropractors. Another time, I went a couple of weeks feeling really crummy and very fatigued. I thought I might just be stressed or something mainly because I was dealing with so much brain fog, like I couldn't think straight. I didn't really understand why until I went to get adjusted. My upper neck has a tendency to get locked up and Dr. Trigo is always so gentle. Every time he adjusts that area, my brain fog and fatigue immediately dissipates and I feel like a brand new person! And weirdly enough... I didn't feel stressed anymore! I've been to a couple different chiropractors and absolutely nothing beats Dr. Trigo. I'm a college student and his adjustments are way more cost-effective than other offices. He talks to you throughout the adjustment, letting you know what he's adjusting and what symptoms it should help with. He doesn't twist you like a pretzel and put you in uncomfortable positions. He doesn't "force" an adjustment if it's too painful or the muscles are too tense. I've never met a more professional and experienced chiropractor ever. I have referred countless friends in the last year who still see him regularly and they've all have similar experiences that I have. If you have never been to a chiropractor or are scared of getting adjusted, Dr. Trigo is the best. If you've had awful chiro experiences in the past, I strongly recommend you try him. read more

Dr Jeff Trigo is seriously the best chiropractor around!! He is very knowledgeable in his field and also has a great sense of humor! I commute from south Orange County to drive up to see Dr Trigo 3X a week. I have been experiencing a lot of neck, full back pain, and the rotation in my neck is quite limited from a previous accident I just had. I have many subluxations throughout my spine and every time I come in to be adjusted, most of my pain subsides. I come in feeling very locked up and he releases all the tension I have in my body. I 100% recommend Dr Trigo; he has been in business for many years and is very educated about the human body. While he is adjusting you, he explains what is happening to your spine. Thank you for what you do Dr Trigo. read more

I heard about Dr. Trigo about 8 months prior to being treated and I regret the procrastination on my part, he is a gifted physician who truly focuses on wellness. What I appreciate most about him is the education he provides during your initial consultation and along the way, it's pretty amazing! I am so grateful for how he has helped me physically as I am a very active person I can feel the difference in just a little over a month. My son is also being treated by him, he is 18 but has had back issue for some time now, he also is feeling so much better. With continued visits we look forward thriving even more, his chiropractic care will always be apart of our wellness regime. Thank you Dr. Trigo! read more

The most affective help I have had for my overall health hands down. Changed my life. I'm no longer struggling with migraines.. they've minimized to maybe one a year from everyday (no joke). I feel better in many ways. This is second nature for Dr. Jeff. His father was a chiropractor. He's familiar with so many techniques.. he is able to adjust what most can't. read more

Jeff Trigo, D.C. is an amazing chiropractor. I was referred to him by a good friend. Jeff is very knowledgeable and experienced with a great resume. He's also a good educator and thoroughly explains how the spinal chord works and why our bodies responds the way it does. If you need an adjustment due to migraine headaches, body aches, back aches or even sinuses, give Jeff a call and schedule an appointment. It's quite an experience. Jeff also released his new book. I bought it and it is filled with great information and trivial pursuits. Thank you, Jeff. read more

My chiropractor retired so I went to Dr. Jeff Trigo because my arm had pain at the elbow and my hand would fall asleep at night. He told me that he knew what the problem was but then did X-rays and told me that just as he suspected, the problem was my neck. He supplied me with a lot of info, did a few additional tests with range of motion, told me that he wrote a book and wanted to sell me a $200 posture pump. He adjusted my neck, and then told me that he wrote a book....in fact, he mentioned his book 3 times on the first visit. I told him that I did have rib area issues and that when I had a personal trainer, I couldn't do certain exercises that involved lying face down and also that my previous chiropractor had once done work in the thoracic region and I had a "pop" felt in my left armpit that caused me pain for weeks. I told him that I did not want an adjustment to the thoracic region. During my second visit, I expected him to ask me how I was doing but when he didn't, I started to tell him anyway and he cut me off and told me that he already knows how I feel. Really, I thought? How arrogant is this guy? So he adjusts my neck and within 3 seconds, he goes further down and I hear this loud crack and feel instant pain in my entire rib area. I start crying, which I have never done in a doctor's office before, and I told him that he broke me. He said that he didn't break me, that I was very bound up and he released all the congestion. Then he showed me how much pressure he used and so basically, he hurt me a second time.  I was in such pain that I honestly didn't think that I could get off the table. I still lay there crying and I told him that he didn't listen to me.....that I told him to not touch that area. I was able to eventually get up, though it hurt a lot. He mentioned his book again somewhere in this second visit and I couldn't believe that I had to pay this guy for actually hurting me. Today is exactly one week from that second visit and it hurts to lay down and every single breath I take, I feel pain in my ribs. I also feel it under my armpit. I feel miserable. I went back 2 days after the second adjustment to get my X-rays because I paid for them and he made me sign them out and told me that they were actually the property of the office. I signed them out. I brought them to my regular physician and explained my experience. I was diagnosed with tennis elbow and carpal tunnel. I honestly can say that I will never go to another chiropractor. My experience was that Dr. Trigo is extremely arrogant and didn't listen to me at all. Carol Ballard (used my husband's acct.) read more

He does an amazing job at explaining everything he does and I always leave feeling better than when I walked in. I actually got a referral from a Uber driver who was a chiropractor years ago, saying to go to Dr. Trigo "he's great" . So I never went until I was pretty much crippled and couldn't walk. Made an appointment with Dr. Trigo and walked in and he can see how messed up I was and he gave me X-rays right away. I ended up having two pinched nerves and a slip disc, he fixed me within a week! He is awesome and great and what he does! Still going and going to be bringing my husband in as well. Been going now for about a month now and I go in every week. Like I said great guy and great at what he does, would definitely refer anyone I know to him! read more

I was having pretty intense neck pain, I had never been to a chiropractor but I looked Some up and found that Jeff Trigo had the best reviews. I went and I haven't stopped going. Not because the pain continued (that disappeared) but because I he taught me on my first visit the importance of Spinal health that I never learned. My body feels 10x better getting readjustments, and I can go in without having to make an apt. Which helps with time crunch! I recommend seeing DR.Trigo if you are having issues, and even if you're not! Get that spinal adjustment for a great price! read more

I have been treated by several chiropractors since 2001 and Dr Trigo is definitely the most gentle and precise of them all. He also seems very knowledgeable about health and the body in general. Unlike some others I have seen, he is very concerned about my comfort level when giving me adjustments. read more

Was suffering with sporadic crippling lower back pain, that being a typical bloke I was trying to get through with NSAID's and just toughing out the pain. Finally I broke and went to see Dr. Trigo who took some x-rays, showed me clearly what was wrong and has adjusted me a few times now. The difference is startling and I am able to run and bike everyday now without worrying if I will be able to get out of bed the next morning. Thanks Jeff. read more

I have been with Dr. Trigo for about 5 years now (or even longer) and I am so glad I found him, I do not agree at all with the person who left negative feedback. When I first went to Dr. Trigo, he totally took his time explaining everything, took x-rays and went through a payment plan to make it easier to see him more often. I had a bad neck and an orthopedic doctor told me its Arthritis, well about a month into seeing Dr. T the pain went away. And yes follow-up vists are quicker the more you heal because then its just maintenance, but I can't see him not taking extra time especially with a new patient!!!! I not only go there myself, but I take my children as well (teenagers), and occasionally my husband (he does not have time to see him regularly but would if he could) - I even took my Dad (who came to visit us for x-mas from Austria) who does not believe in Chiropractic care and even he wanted to go again before he went back home but we ran out of time because of the holidays. When the kids are sick they don't ask for a regular doctor they ask to go see Dr. Trigo because of the immediate results we see. He treats them with respect and is gentle where they have never said they got hurt in any way! I would recommend Dr. Trigo FOR SURE!!!!! read more
