To start off I came in to this location at the beginning of the month because I tweaked my back so I wanted to see if an adjustment would help. It did not help, but that was not the problem I have with this business. And actually the chiropractor that adjusted me was excellent so this is not about him. This is about the fact that I've worked in gym sales and sale in general for over 10 years so I know when they ask you to sign up for an extended plan instead of doing just the one time visit which questions I should ask. So when I was offered a deal to do 7 sessions for 79 dollars I asked if it's a recurring charge or is it end after the month. I was told it was a recurring charge and then I asked okay if I want to cancel after this month because I knew I wouldn't need it long term. How many days in advance do I need to give notice. I was told two days notice. And was told as long as I cancel by March 1st I won't be charged. I thought it was fair so I decided to do it. Now when I called today to see if I could cancel on the phone since I was working. The young lady who is the receptionist in the front told me she could email me. She pulls up my account and says oh you can't cancel you are committed to two months of payments. Which I was never once made aware of and if I was then why was I told if I cancel by March 1st I would not have to pay. That's not even the worst part. If I want to hear back from a manager in time for me to cancel and not get charged I would have to wait till Friday or Saturday cause she only checks her emails twice a week. When I asked if there was any contact info or a way I can get in touch and get this resolved asap she said no. She was unwilling to try and resolve the issue. And for that reason is why I only give them a one star. It's shady and scammy tactics like this that make people not want to agree to long term plans with establishments like this. If I could give them zero stars trust me I would. I wouldn't recommend this business. Hopefully they make necessary adjustments but I doubt it. read more

I have been going to this location for about 2 months. I recently had a fall that injured my knee and foot. I am extremely impressed with Dr. Nguyen how he treats my injuries with his adjustments. Each visit I get a little more benefit and I am so pleased that I am on the road to recovery with his help. I would highly recommend this particular location and Doctor Tim Nguyen. The longest I have had to wait was 20 minutes but I always feel so amazing after my adjustment. Do not go here! Biggest scam during covid 19. Toms mask keeps falling off and coming off. very unprofessional and disgusting. Might be a place to catch covid because of unsanitary. Good for just one visit and nothing more. Even for during covid, they force you to come to their unclean place or lose all your money. I came to this place on recommendation of an employee of mine. She had frequented the location in Tustin, but that was a bit out of the way for me. I searched and found this location best suited for my commute. My job as an ASM for a large department store had me constantly bending and lifting, walking and standing for long shifts. I had developed an incredibly uncomfortable pain that I thought for sure was sciatic nerve related. I was taking way more pain killers than I would have liked to get me through 4th quarter in retail. After 4th quarter ended and trying to alleviate my pain with meds, stretching, heating, icing (even an accupuncture session) I decided to visit my first chiropractor Dr. Todd Cunningham. He is very knowledgeable and explained the reasons for my pain and the alignment of my spine, neck, shoulders. Afte about 5-6 sessions he had greatly reduced the amount of pain meds I was taking. I even got to the point where I could bend to left things at work without my body over compensating for the fear of that sharp pain that shoots down the leg. If you've never been to a chiropractor before you should definitely consider some alignment in your life. Please note if you have severe pain like me it takes time and you won't walk out on your first visit completely fixed. You have to keep going as you would the gym. This location is 5 stars the staff and Dr. Cunningham are great, sessions are always personable, they won't tell you to sign up for anymore than you need. You don't need insurance to fix yourself at this place, the cost might make you hesitate, but what is the value of your health? Mine is invaluable no question about that! read more

So worth stopping in! Both Dr. Cunningham and Dr. Jaymee are amazing and are both very knowledgeable and do their best to work around my needs. The month to month wellness plan included 4 visits per month (and only $10 for all visits after that) and I was informed I could cancel whenever I wanted with a 30 day notice. After a few more months I was planning on cancelling this plan and planning on purchasing a 6 visit package instead. They also have packages available in 10 and 20 visits as well which I could choose to use whenever I want within a year. And I was informed they had over 380 locations nationwide (and still growing!) which is super convenient for wherever I decide to go. What are you waiting for? read more

I visit the Joint chiropractic very regularly at various locations. And I always find myself back at the beach blvd location in westminster because the tremendous work they do there. Dr Todd and Dr Nguyen take great care of anything that is ailing me on any given visit. I recently had a visit where Dr Ngyuen went above and beyond the call of duty in addressing an issue with my shoulder and I really appreciate the attention to detail in addressing the new issue. Dr. Cunningham really cares about the people that come here and is always advising on the importance of posture. Regular adjustments are really important nowadays, and the joint chiropractic provides a great value. I definitely recommend coming here as you get the best bang for your buck. I have a lot of lower back pain, and ever since I've been coming here, I really see a large improvement. Swing by and try out one treatment. Their one time use is 29 bucks. It's really worth seeing whether this is right for you or not. I personally have the monthly plan. I get 4 visits a month for 70 bucks a month. That averages out to approximately 18 bucks per visit. This place is a diamond in the ruff. Was greeted with kindness and professionalism from a guy named Dan. Then I was evaluated by Dr. Cunningham and given the BEST adjustment of my life. He is old school and knows exactly how to manipulate the body to give you instant pain relief. My lower back hurt so bad I could barely get out of bed. After just one adjustment I was mobile again.
