I just moved to Savannah from Los Angeles. I was a customer of The Joint Chiropractic before I moved. After driving across the country, one of the first things we did was look up the local offices of The Joint. The service we've received has been outstanding. The adjustments were excellent, and the customer service was fantastic, better than any other location we've been to. In addition, Bree is a delight to work with and extremely helpful. I started my monthly membership at the Pooler location due to this location having some bad reviews due about inconsistent hours. I started coming to this location when Dr. Christina transferred from the Pooler location. Dr. Christina is very upbeat and her adjustments are quick. Since moving to the Savannah location I met Dr. Lori and she is amazing! She is always pleasant, very thorough and takes her time to listen to your needs! Her adjustments feel more like an actual office visit rather than a drive though car wash experience. read more

These places used to be great, but there is such a huge turnover that you never know who is working there anymore! It is hit and miss if you get a good doctor, and the front desk staff are an even bigger "?" on professionalism!!! It's unreal how they manage to keep return business, so they must rely heavily on ignorant first comers. Sometimes I got a great adjustment and a lot of times I didn't! It all depends on which doctor you get that day, and how long they stay before they quit!!!! The good ones Don't last long! Don't waist your time or money! If you're looking for a convenient, readily-available chiropractor- this is NOT the place. We had been going to the Joint for some time. It had never been amazing due to the variety of doctors, but good enough. Unfortunately, some of the doctors have been rumbling for a while about how bad the management and ownership were and we kept losing our favorite chiropractors. We understand, things happen and we definitely did not know to both sides of the story so we tried to take it with a grain of salt. In the last few months, things went down hill very quickly. The office is no longer going by their set times and closes intermittently (without warning or notice). Typically, even if it is open there is only an admin at the front desk who is more than happy to sign you up for a membership but just asks you to go to their other location more than 20 minutes away as they don't have any doctors on duty. For someone who picked this kind of chiropractic care due to a very busy schedule with only a few minutes to fit in here and there for pain, this is super inconvenient. I totally understand staff shortages happen, particularly in this current climate. What I find more difficult to understand is that there is no concession whatsoever for members who are still being charged monthly for no services. In fact, we canceled and are still being charged for 90 days for both myself and my husband even though we haven't receive services in over four months and have been reporting to corporate the whole time about the issues and inconveniences. I can't imagine running a business and failing to deliver on promises to loyal customers and then not doing anything in my power to make it right. I really hate writing reviews like this but don't want anyone else to have the same experience we've been forced to have. read more

Horrible company. Wasn't able to treat me when I was pregnant because multiple "dr's" did not know how to treat the pain I was experiencing. Very difficult to cancel their membership. I wish I had never stepped foot inside their doors. read more

The staff is very kind and professional! I have spent many years receiving and believing in the science of chiropractic medicine. I just moved to Rome and became of their generous new patient offer. The DC was amazing! My adjustment addressed my area of concern and was done with comfort and I felt immediate relief! This place was great and the staffing that remains is still very good. The ONE chiropractor is fantastic but unfortunately the place is severely understaffed. I have gone multiple times during there "reduced business hours" and they were closed. I'm still paying the same amount per month but unable to receive the services. I regret going, my back is in so much pain and I can barely walk or work. This is horrible. I was better off with the minor aches I used to have. If you've never done it, DONT! They invite u with the $19 first visit than recommend u twice a week to come in, which is $$$$$ that ain't nobody got time for these scam artist so Update reply: Y'all front desk people are rude, and I didn't enjoy my visit I will never be back. Fast, Easy - in & out. The longest I've had to wait was maybe 20 minutes and that's due to wanting to be worked on by Dr. Whitney. She's amazing - listens to what I have to say & works me over good! I pay $ 69.00 a month for 4 visits & if I need to go more than 4 times a month it's only $ 10.00 per extra visit within the same month. Did not have to sign a LENGTHY BINDING Contract. If I ever no longer need their services, I just sign a form stating that I no longer wish to continue the monthly visits/ withdrawals. Everyone is super friendly & most helpful! I recommend Dr. Whitney & Dr. Harris to anyone needing an adjustment, without waiting for hours to be seen and at a price that is affordable!! read more

What a joke, I just got a text telling and to "treat myself" and offering 2 free months of chiropractic care. After I have not received an email back, after multiple emails, to the manager and many patients being left in the dust NOT knowing what was going on, I WASTED more than two months of payments when I should've been able to easily cancel and bring my business elsewhere. I have learned my lesson. Money down the drain and being in pain without answers. I'll "treat myself" elsewhere. read more

I have always had great service from the actual Chiropractors here. However, for the last few months the scheduling has been absolutely shameful. They will frequently have long lines due to having only a single chiropractor on staff. One. FOR A CITY. Who is actually a great guy and very skilled chiropractor. There are incredible long wait times, and that is when they are open. Which is only randomly anymore. CASE IN POINT: this entire week they are closed. THE ENTIRE WEEK. Seriously: I pay cash in advance for this bullshit. I am in pain, and it is not unusual at all to go to my chiropractor and either find them 1) randomly closed or 2) or with lines so long that I can't be seen in any meaningful fashion. Honestly, I think we should sue. This kids is how you fail at business. read more

Great service!!!! Clean and comfortable waiting area. Dr Leo is Great! I seem to get him on the Saturdays I visit. Open 7 days a week, convenient. Great staff. Good price well worth it. I travel a lot and this place is the real deal. They adjust your whole body not just the parts that are bothering you, that's a plus . The chiropractor's and other staff were great. Cooperate isn't keeping this location staffed with more than 1 chiropractor and that initially lead to this location reducing its hours/days of operation severely. At this point they are not open at all-even when the sign says they are, and they are continuing to pull membership fees from clients banks for services they are not able to provide. I have not been able to get a call text, or email back after multiple messages sent and left for the last 3 weeks. read more

I bought a book of ten adjustments. I just went to use one of them and they rudely told me that they were expired. Haha... tuff luck. Completely unprofessional. I am so furious right now. I'm contacting their corporate office in Buckhead GA. NOW MY STIFF NECK IS EVEN WORSE. I think I want to sue but I'm sure there is a cause in buying these worthless passes that prevents suing. I've been with the Joint for a while now, but the last 3-6 months have been unbelievable. The hours are an absolute mess with huge wait times, and the location has been mysteriously closed for weeks now yet they're STILL billing people. It's outrageous and if you have insurance you're probably better off just going with a personalized chiropractor instead. I can't cancel my membership because the place isn't even open and they don't take calls, and even if I could I would still be charged an outrageous cancellation fee for a service I can't even use even if I wanted to. Let me start by saying I have been to 5 previous chiropractors in my lifetime. This place is an awesome new concept in chiropractic offices. Very nice office, everyone in there was wonderful. Doctor is amazing, was able to adjust me wonderfully especially my thoracic area which many chiropractors have had trouble with. Best part is I pay just a few dollars more than I did for one visit but I get 4 in a month! So it's like getting three free visits, who doesn't want that? :-) If your thinking about going.... Do it! Not bad , but i will not return. The place is so nice and well designed. for me, It is only worth the 19 dollars deal for the first adjustment. But will not worth the 29 for later walk ins or to buy a package. When i first arrived they told me the wait will be between 20-25 mins , and i ended up waitting for 55 mins. The chiropractor lady was so nice , but i felt SOOO rushed. Also, they were trying to push their packages deals a lot as she just did so little on my back and suggested that because i am in the " relief phase" i will just get little done for 7 visits then we can move on to the " corrective phase" . read more

So I cancelled my membership at The Joint on abercorn in September. I emailed them stating the issues of why I cancelled, because they requested I paid another month- I signed a cancellation paper over a month ago. Even paid for that last month. The doctors there are very very sweet and kind- you can tell they have pressure on them to get you in and out as fast as possible. When I cancelled I told them I might come in for an adjustment here and there but I couldn't afford it at this point. I can't imagine spending anymore money to walk in- get rushed and a back crack without an exam. The owner called my office and didn't state her name, just in a condescending way "she was the owner" and wanted to let me attorney know "what I was really doing ".... because I'm not paying another month that I haven't came after I already cancelled? I've heard from MANY other people that this business was owned by a really rude woman. I have now realized that. This is not to bash the business or the doctors there- like I said they are all kind but clearly pressured. The front desk women are sweet as well. If you want to spend 60$ go to a decent business who will spend more than 60 seconds on you. FYI : pressuring people into staying a patient at any business is a good way to get yourself a bad review. Rude ignorant staff. I signed up at a different location and just happened to be in the area so I went here, big mistake. The lady at the desk was eating and talking on her cell phone. I tried to use the key card sign in and that did not work. I sat down to wait for the receptionist to finish with her phone call or lunch. After a bit one of the chiropractors came around as I was the only person there and just looked at me and then went back behind the wall. Then the front seat lady said "sir you have to sign in to be seen." I explained that the card reader wasn't working and she told me "you have to use the key in". I was so confused so I showed her the card and tried to scam it, she told me my key wasn't working. I told her, ok. She told me I have to sign in. It was like talking to fish, I just left and eventually went to my local Joint. Such a weird place. read more

The Joint is a great concept but falls short in consistency, especially the office on Abercorn St. in Savannah, GA. My husband & I had a membership for 4 yrs & whenever a good chiropractor was hired they didn't seem to stay very long. The best chiropractor ever, Dr. Monica Gilbert was our only reason for keeping our membership as long as we did. When she also departed we canceled our membership. To sum it up the care is inconsistent, usually sub-standard b/c Dr. turnover is so high, and not personalized as you are rushed in & out! We do not recommend The Joint at all! read more

I've been to a few different Joint practices around the country. I couldn't be more pleased. The price and time in and out work perfectly for me - and I get great advice every time I'm there. I agree with others posts that there is no privacy, which could be off putting for some....but you get a great quick adjustment and everybody has been warm and easy to deal with. And I did not get any "pressure" to purchase a package, but did get all the information on the different options available. I bought a package of 10 and plan to use them and if everything stays the same in terms of quality and ease, will likely purchase a 20 pack next time! read more

This is a simple no brained. Perfect Perfect Perfect. The price here is amazing $59 for 4 appointments. And then $10 within the same month for every adjustment after that. Walk in swipe your card and your good to go. I feel sooooo much better after coming here. Everywhere all over . All the doctors are great and very professional and knowledgeable. This place is THE BEST OF THE BEST. I stumbled upon them because of the sign "$29 First Visit" that included an adjustment. The price got my attention, but afterwards, I was overwhelmed by the value. Dr. Leo was so thorough and confident. That was hands down THE BEST adjustment I've ever had. He even gave me some stretches to do at home. I am a retired Farrier and a Massage Therapist now, both of which are physical jobs. This was an investment in my health. Thank you thank you thank you. I signed up for the monthly plan for 4 adjustments for $59. This is helping me feel better and able to work without feeling stiff or in pain. read more

Quick, simple and very cheap. Last chiropractor I went to barely cracked anything. I leave cracked and refreshed. I even notice a difference in my mobility. This is the place for chiropractic. They take great care in everything they do. I have always felt like they had my best interest at heart. I have been going to the one on Abercorn and the one in Pooler for several years now. I work construction and need to be adjusted weekly. Sometimes more. Not only is it a great deal to do the monthly contract they take walk in's. And that is a major plus for me. I never know when I will be able to get by there and they are open longer than regular office hours and now they are open on the weekends. Dr Donnelly is awesome. My hips are my weak point and she always gets my hips right. Sometimes there is a wait time. But it is worth it. I recommend you at least give it a try. And the monthly contract is worth it. Try it! I needed to find a local chiropractor fast to help with some low back and neck pain. I am a snowbird here and had no connections and see my chiropractor up north regularly. After reading these reviews, I went to The Joint and had an excellent experience. A walk-in chiropractic clinic- what a great idea! I only waited about 20 minutes and met Dr. Donnelly who was very personable and professional and did a fabulous adjustment on me in less than 30 minutes.
