Dr. Neal gently treated my spine for a severe pain issue I had. Now, I am pain-free most days for the first time in many months.

Dr. Kevin and Gina are absolutely amazing! I've been visiting Brown Chiropractic for a few years…read morenow, and I've never experienced relief like I do with Dr. Brown. While other chiropractors provided temporary relief, if you want to truly start feeling better, this is the place to go! Dr. Kevin has genuinely changed my life. He is incredibly kind and truly cares about helping you achieve results. His gentle approach to adjustments, using small and simple movements, makes a significant difference. And when I'm having a particularly rough week, Gina works her magic and instantly alleviates my pain! The office also features a hydromassage bed, which is my absolute favorite! There's nothing quite like having warm, high-pressure water massaging your back for 10 minutes--pure bliss! Be sure to take advantage of their app; it makes scheduling appointments super easy! Honestly, I can't say enough great things about Brown Chiropractic--five-star service all the way!

It is best to book an appointment but they also fit in walk ins as best they can and the waiting area has thoughtfully arranged chairs of different kinds to accommodate your needs. Office hours are also thoughtfully chosen for before and after mainstream work hours. 8-6 most days but get on the text thread for schedule updates. Happy Healing and Health y'all.

100% recommend Dr. Domanski and his staff. 5 stars all the way!…read more I am very used to Chiropractic care and have had at least 10 different Chiropractors (including my Uncle) adjust me over my lifetime throughout the country, depending on where I was living. Not all Chiropractors are of the same caliber, as you can imagine. After my first 2 visits, I can confidentially say, with my experience, that Dr. Domanski is someone you can trust your spine with. I will be putting my body back as a priority and getting regular care between the two cities I bounce between. My experience with Crossroads Chiropractic & Wellness: I was in immense pain, in my shoulder, starting 3 days ago that was limiting my daily activities and sleep. I toggled with the idea of finding a new Chiropractor in Savannah since I don't live here but visit monthly. I researched and found Dr. Domanski. I knew it would be worth a try if they were seeing new patients (they are and were SO helpful to get me in immediately, THANK YOU!). PROs: - Excellent adjustment by Dr. Domanski (which is not always easy on a very stiff patient). He also has a great way of explaining your diagnosis and what your x-rays say about what your spine is doing. (Which I needed since I haven't been getting regular care in over 3 years) - Friendly and knowledgeable staff - Efficient service and respectful of your time - Quick digital x-rays - Clean office - Plenty of therapy options to help you get the treatment you need. - Part of the Maximized Living family, which allows for further education to patients on your health & wellness (had this at a previous office in another city). - Convenient location CONs: None. I will update review as I continue care with Dr. Domanski. But all I can say, is give him a try if you have any concerns about your overall wellbeing. If you're reading this review and have never been to a Chiropractor, I honestly would say this is your place to get familiar with the process. It can be scary when you don't know what to expect but your body may have more of a story to tell than you realize and it's all natural healing that can make you feel so much better and be your best. FYI, I write reviews on places/people/food I believe in to try to help others as much as other reviews have helped me get to the best spot! You don't always have the advantage of word of mouth when you don't know others in the area. :)

When I went in, I could not look over my shoulders and when I walked out, my range of motion had returned! I am always much calmer and know I will sleep better tonight! The staff has always worked with my schedule and been welcoming and kind. I've been to other chiropractors, some with horrid results. BUT, Dr. Domanski continues to provide the most excellent care!!

I'm a big believer in chiropractors for a variety of sustainable and logical reasons. Having said…read morethat, it's hard to find really good chiropractors in Savannah. FInding a chiropractor trained in coupled reduction techniques is impossible in this area. To be fair, chiropractors using coupled reduction techniques are a rare breed certified by the american chiropractic neurological board. See http://www.acnb.org/. Chiropractic neurology is a three year post graduate program that focuses on functional rehabilitation of a multitude of neurological disorders. The underlying premise of the discipline is that the brain is at the root of all bodily functions and therefore, well being. Practitioners can address Learning Disablities to Multiple Sclerosis to Fibromyalgia. There is a rigorous board examination, which limits the total number certified practitioners to less than 800 worldwide. We're just not lucky enough to have a active practitioner in the Savannah area. This chiropractor focuses on using an "active release" technique. This is a common approach among sports medicine practitioners but not good enough for all patients, just as all approaches are not good enough for all patients. From my perspective, active release is more about deep muscle therapy penetration of sensitive areas stemming from malalignments using elbows and fingers for massage therapy. The practitioners hands on adjustment skills are lacking. The doctor has a terrific "client side manner" and is easy to deal with. He wants to please his clients.

My mom just had major elbow pain that was bothering her for many months. Todd solved it in two sessions. Her comments: "my arm is fabulous... Too bad I couldn't have gotten to him earlier... His Hands are magic... Really makes a difference in my life, not having that continual ache and weakness in my shoulder... May not need any treatment in California." Thanks so much!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND
