I don't know her name, but there is a lady at the front desk who is so rude. I would ask her the wait time and both times was immediately met with disgust. Never seen her smile before. She is so rude for no reason. If you hate interacting with customers so much, quit your job. Also find it ridiculous that even when you make an appointment, you still have to wait (usually an hour i've noticed). The location at alamo ranch has such nice workers, but here, they are miserable. Please do not come here unless you love being disrespected. read more

I've dealt with chronic neck pain for years and finally sought help. Dr. Solis and Ally were great! It was a welcoming experience. I appreciate Dr. Solis taking the time to listen to my concerns, clearly explain everything he was doing, and outline a treatment plan. Also really appreciate Ally at the front desk for showing incredible patience and grace while conversing with a difficult patient who didn't want to pay for services while I was in the waiting room. Her professionalism while in a contentious situation really made a good impression on me. read more

I had been pleased with the Potranco location until this past Fathers Day. I had been trying to get my dad to go in since he has been complaining about back pain for quite some time. My father does not do very well with directions and often gets lost. because it was Father's Day, he drove over to my house unexpectedly and mentioned his back again. I was excited to see that the joint was open until 4 o'clock, and he was happy to go. We drove over and he spoke of his back pain the whole way. He was looking forward to receiving treatment since I had shared what a difference my visits had made for me. He was hopeful. We arrived by 3:20 and initially I thought it was closed because the open sign was off and it appeared dark. When I walked in I literally jumped and said, "yay, your are open!" I saw two doctors make eye contact and turn around and head to the back. When I shared about my father and how long we had been trying to get him in, the young lady at the front desk said they could not see him because they were getting ready to close. I confirmed that they closed at 4 , and I told her I could respect that they wanted to leave ( I recognized the looks they gave one another when we walked in. When someone walks in and you are ready to go). She assured me that was not that case but they do not take new patients after 3:45. I looked at my phone at it was 3:33 THEN. In all the time she spent trying to justify why they would not see my father he could have signed paper work and had his consultation. There was literally NO ONE else in there when we arrived. Possibly because they looked closed. She handed my father paperwork and told him he could visit any location the following day and gave the hours of operation. I was upset, and very disappointed with the service received. There were two doctors and no one in the office and we had at least 40 min and they would not give him the courtesy to treat him. The Joint advertises walk-ins welcome. I did not see anything that stated new patients were not welcome if 40 minutes prior to closing? I would have understood if they had been busy. but the fact that it clearly appeared they were trying to appear closed, and wasted our time explaining rather than assisting, really changed my opinion of this location. both my dad and I left disappointed and unfortunately, my dad still has not been seen. My work schedule is very hectic and I am going to try to get over to pick him up and take him in to another location. Although Potranco is the closest location for me, I do not plan on returning. I never had any complaints prior, but service is a big deal and unfortunately this time they definitely failed. read more

The staff here are inept and untrained in customer service. I was in the process of moving to San Antonio and found The Joint on Potranco. A staff at the front desk assured me verbally that I could freeze the account and use the remaining unused visits when I completed the move to San Antonio. Upon completion of the move, that did not happen. On July 31, I went in to get an adjustment and was told that not only were my remaining visits expired, but I would have to pay another $80 to get anymore visits. It took two front desk staff, one manager via phone, and video surveillance review for them to accept my story. Yes, their staff member did tell me incorrectly that I could save unused visits for after I unfroze my account. The two front desk staff then told me I had two options: 1) to be charged and immediately refunded $80 and use all five visits within one week, or 2) continue the membership, pay the $80, and get four visits, not the additional five that they stole from me. Despite that one week wasn't enough time to use five visits, this is the option I chose because I wanted those visits. I recorded the conversation on my phone. My account was supposed to be deactivated. Now, they have charged me $80 for September and $80 for October. I called to rectify, and once again, they need to check with everyone at the front desk, call management, and watch recorded videos to discover the truth. At this point, I'm disappointed that they're not believing the only one who has been proven to be telling the truth. At the end of the phone conversation today, I asked for the name of the manage, and she said that she is indeed the manager. The person who answers the phone and has no authority to make decisions is the manager. The world is not the same as it once was. Ineptness aside, The Joint is a poor substitute for being in the care of a real chiropractor. They do not build relationships with clients. They do not establish rapport with clients. They cannot treat any special issues. I had to identify one of my issues based on previous experience when the "chiropractor" at The Joint didn't know how to help me. I would never consider these offices a real practice. It seems to be practice space for newbies. read more

The service is professional and fast! The therapists show that they care in their warm greetings, professional conduct while working and getting to know you. They even sent me an email with stretches to do in-between sessions. I'm so glad I came here for treatment! read more

I just went to The Joint Chiropractic at this location and was very disappointed. I was browsing chiropractor places on Google and left my information. The next day, I was contacted by this office who asked me if I wanted to come in that day. I needed to finish up some proposals for my business on top of finishing touches for the sale of my house in a couple of weeks. The point is I'm very busy and moved things around once they said 530 would be perfect. I came in at 530 and was told they are very busy and would have to wait at least an hour. I told them I was put on the schedule for 530, so now I'm confused. Even an hour after my appointment, I decided to leave. It was supposed to be a free consultation in which I wouldn't care to pay anyway. It's my time that's that's more important, and to disregard your own scheduling policy shows you feel like you can treat customers like.... I hope to save others who have better things to do than to be scheduled to wait. read more

Last year I suffered a fall off my bicycle. I was riding 30+miles 4 to 5 times a week. I found myself with a lot of back pain. Then after some physical therapy I was told by my Dr that the Sciatic Nerve was causing the pain. I was in pain most of the time and even a few weeks before my visit to the Joint I felt that I was going to have to learn to live with the pain. I couldn't sleep. When I felt somewhat better I would go for walks, tried to be more active but end up in pain again. That's when I figured I had nothing to loose and even though I was nervous I made my first visit. (I posted a review that same day) OMG the best decision I have made in a long time regarding my body! We only have ONE body! We should take better care of it! I am! From the first visit I noticed a positive different in my body. I feel lighter every time I visit. I can only describe this sensation as "walking in on air". I'm ready to ride my bicycle again and soar! I look forward to keeping my body aligned and well with The Joint Chiropractic team. read more
