So, the day of my appointment I arrived about 15 mins early, but the office was running behind schedule. My 5:00pm appointment started closer to 6:00pm. But, the staff was super friendly and accommodating. I was a bit skeptical as I waited, but I came all that way in awful traffic and was really in need of an adjustment so I stuck it out - so glad I did! Dr. Schulze is super knowledgeable (bonus: he's also a nutritionist!) and the adjustment was awesome! I feel like a new person and I can't wait for my next appointment... Wish I could do 4.5 instead, but if I had to pick between 4 or 5 I would favor it just a bit closer to 5. First came here on a Groupon just to try out the massage and chiropractic adjustment, and I have been going back ever since. They have several massage therapists that they work with and they are all wonderful. Dr. Schulze himself is also a very kind man who does a great job and really takes the time to talk with you and explain everything that he does. The first few sessions I could feel the tension in my body and after a few sessions I was able to notice that the adjustments became easier and the tension was getting less. The office staff are all really nice and they were able to change my appointment even at the last minute if something came up. The only negative thing that I can say is that the wait tends to be on the longer side. Even though the adjustment itself does not take very long, expect to spend about an hour for an appointment. The reason it usually takes a while is because Dr schulze really spends a lot of time with each patient and does a thorough job. I usually bring a book or something to do while I wait. I went in for a Groupon massage and was seen by the Chiropractor, Mr. Schultz. He wanted to give me a free adjustment. I told him no he insisted on wanting To show me, I was out of alignment he then proceeded to hurt me, but his pushing down on my knee I wasn't even there to be seen by him. I was just supposed to get a massage. I walked out they could later called me and I went in yesterday to get their massage and the woman that gave me the massage ended up, hurting me by The pressure she used in the massage. I asked her to lighten up and she did not. I would not recommend the doctor for the Chiropractor service or the massage service. read more

DO NOT GO THERE, don't say I didn't warn you!!! The receptionist (and Drs wife) is super rude and two face. One you get there they charge you and then they made us (mom and me) wait every time we went from 30-60 minutes without apologizing; then one day this same receptionist/wife said she could run my insurance to see it it covered my appointments (I didn't really wanted to, I payed out of pocket) but she said she would just ask the insurance and once we stopped going because we didn't see any improvement), I started getting huge bills saying that I owed money for extra treatments they were charging my insurance, so they charged me and later they charged my insurance and now they want me to pay for some extra charges when I payed for everything each visit ?!?!?! She is the worst, sad for the doctor because he is a very nice person and I can see in the reviews this has happened to many patients too. read more

I received a letter that I'm no longer a client there as they closed my file out. I have only been there a couple times. He has young kids running the front desk which is great experience for them. But when I called to make an appointment, the female was talking to someone else. So I was patient and waited. She finally said hello. I asked if it was Schultz chiropractic because for a second I thought I dialed the wrong number. I asked if I can schedule an appointment. I needed my MRI results from Dr Schultz. She was quiet for a good 45 seconds. I then said, "hello, is anyone there?" I wanted to be patient as everyone had been through a lot with the pandemic and I understand things are different now. She then said, "what did you need again?" I heard her talking to a male about her boyfriend. I realized it was just poor customer service. I am from SD where they have excellent customer service. And so I felt it was very unprofessional. I felt ignored. And I had been waiting for these MRI results. They were very important to me. I then told her she had unprofessional customer service and that I would just call back another time. When I called back a couple days later for my report. They did not answer nor call me back. I guess they were offended. But I used to own a business and I would want to know if my receptionist was rude or not. But to each there own. No hard feelings. Other than I still need my MRI report as it is illegal to withhold that from me. I received the letter a few days later saying they closed my case. It is no loss for me as I cannot receive adjustments with my EDS anyways and Although Dr Schultz may be great as a chiropractor, he insisted on adjusting my neck when I told him it is recommended not to be adjusted by my MD. I just needed my hip aligned. I'm have had pain in my neck ever since. I wish them all the best and they are a great place for other customers but did not exceed my expectations personally. I don't like to talk I'll will of others. So some people may love it there. I will say I've had one of the best massages there. read more

Their massage therapists are amazing!!!! I used a coupon for $40 for 2 adjustment appointments and for someone who just walks in to the Joint, this made more financial sense. So, the first appointment I was seen by Dr. Schulze 2 hours after my appointment time, but the front office staff was extremely apologetic and offered me a free 1 hr massage to redeem. I went today to redeem the massage and my final adjustment and I was so pleased with both. I left feeling like a million bucks. During both adjustment sessions, Dr. Schulze explained the effects of an adjustment and elaborated on how certain kinks can cause some pesky problems you wouldn't have guessed could be associated with your back. At the Joint, a big favorite of mine, they adjust you and you're on your way. Dr. Schulze on the other hand may have solved a mystery GI problem I've had for 3 years. read more

1. Never got notification of appointments 2. Waited over an hour to see the doctor 3. Staff would rather blame you then take responsibility that are wrong. 4. Discharged me without calling me so I wasted another 30 minutes sitting around instead of being able to take a lunch. 5. Asked for manager to contact me and never received a phone call. 6. Plan was 6 weeks 2 times a week and then 6 weeks 1 time a week. They indicated I was going to 1 time a week and then called mad bc I didn't come to my second appointment when I wasn't told or scheduled for it 7. Pain has increased but dr Schultz isn't that bad of a Chiro doctor. His staff is horrible. Especially his wife whom never thinks she's wrong. Not a way to run a business read more

I'm going to be honest. I'm not your normal type of customer. I just want an adjustment, leave all the extras to someone else. I've done physical therapy, and other therapies and although they are fine, what works for me is a plain adjustment. Dr. Schulze filled that for me for a few years. Yes they constantly try to upsell you, or give you stuff if your insurance will cover it, but I've found it hard to get an appointment somewhere new that won't start their own 'journey'' into your pain when I already know all I want is an adjustment. So it was sad to part with them. I had a no call no show when I was already feeling better, and obviously our once a month schedule was too quick. I paid the cancel fee, but I feel they felt they were losing me as a customer as I decreased the scheduled visits that they took an approach I didn't believe. Apparently after an audit, they found they had undercharged me some time in the past. I had been going here for years, so for this sort of thing to come up when I was seeking to have fewer visits felt like them trying to get some exit money. It left a bad taste. But I did like the adjustments while they lasted. read more

This is THE BEST chiropractor I have been to. I have been to one since I was 17 and I have lived in four states and been to numerous ones. I've always felt like they were just trying to take my money and never felt much relief. Dr. Schulze is the real deal. He is so knowledgeable, trustworthy, and honest. His family-owned and operated clinic is where I will go for life. The guy that does the therapy machine is SO POLITE and makes me feel comfortable and at ease. OMG! The same thing happened to me last night... I 'm going to my orthopedic surgeon Tuesday to confirm, but as an "old ball coach," I am fairly certain I have a broken rib. I had my massage and got out as fast as I could...I went in fighting a chest cold so this is very painful every time I cough! Dr Shultze is an amazing Chiropractor with a fun personality. I have been dealing with back spasms for 13 years and Dr. Shultze is the first chiropractor to actually help my back pain. Thanks to him, as long as I return periodically, I have absolutely no pain at all! Also, he has helped me with some lower GI tract problems and my Acid Reflux Disease, but the best part is how he gave me range of motion back. The receptionists are kind and understanding. So much so that they have worked with me to help me afford the adjustments when I was going through some financial troubles. It is clear to me that they really do care about my health! 3 minutes ago I was happy to find this Dr for pure convenience to our home. I stopped after a few visits because the pain post adjustment wasn't worth it and this was very unusual as I've sought chiropractic care for over 10 yrs. My husband was in a car accident but was an existing patient. He received three adjustments before COVID lockdown. Then, three months later I received a letter from collections wanting to claim an outstanding balance for visits and charges not agreed to or explained to us AT ALL. We had to dispute several charges for services NOT rendered but were showing up on balance ledger. After several weeks of persistence, they removed only a few items. I paid my full balance per Explanation of Benefits to no avail. Account was sent to collections!! I read another review and someone does need to check this office out for insurance fraud as I had to dispute several services showing up on bill that were not rendered. Over $600 for 3 quick 20-30min visits is a bit outrageous. BE CAREFUL with this office as their billing practices border fraud. They have a Groupon for $30 for massage and adjustment but they are billing us $600 for three visits for an existing patient. No ethics from staff and especially his wife. read more

I had several appointments here and had insurance, paid the copay and was told that all was submitted and good. Now 5 years later office harassing for payment and turned over to collections. I have talked to the office on this numerous times and they don't listen. If I paid the copay and had insurance and was told nothing additional at the time of my visits there, why are you trying to collect on something now. Love this doctor. He and his wife care a lot about their patients. He takes his time to make sure we are getting the help we need. I have never been hurt here. I read the other reviews and can't believe anyone would say such things. My whole family have been seeing Dr. Schulze for a number of years. He helped me find out about why I had been in pain. I have several herniated discs in my lower back and osteoarthritis in my neck. I also have fibromyalgia. Without him I wouldn't have known what the problem was. read more

I have had a back injury since 1992 it felt like my sciatic nerve was damaged. Add to that 2 car accidents and 3 epidurals, my back didn't get any better even after physical therapy. I was given Dr. Schulze's number and finally decided to call. I was very skeptical because I've tried 2 chiropractors before and they wanted to talk the 1st visit and asked for a follow-up before they even put a hand on me. I came to see him in tears and he helped me within minutes of me walking in the door to relieve my pain. He is extremely personable. If you want to have your rib broken go to this place. It was the perfect scam. A 29.00 grouppon for a massage with free pain consultation. As soon as he knew I had united healthcare I was put on a six week regiment. Naturally, the next scam was to join a monthly massage with onemfree rib breaking adjustment. This is set up through a 3rd party company that takes weeks to attempt to cancel. Never go to this joint like me. I have never been so violated. To this I've spent over $700.00 medical fees out of pocket not to mention the excruciating pain of a broken 3rd rib. I had to have a nerve block that went through my left breast...only to receive an out of pocket fee of $300! read more

DO NOT go to this office! This staff and doctor, are very unprofessional. They tell clients insurance will cover services, they know it won't. Then you're billed in full and sent to collections. They don't take care of the massage therapists, that have worked for them. They short you on your pay and IF you're lucky, you'll get paid. When the doctor is spoken to about the situation, it's always an excuse. Next Week, oh... next week, That his wife Barbara "Barbie" which looks like No barbie but more like a 400 lb "Barbie", will get to it. She never does, you're left asking, just begging to get paid. You never do! Even told an employee, that he can drag it out in court, to just try to get her money. Just very upsetting, when the title of a doctor is used this way.
