Had great conversation with Dr. Smoot, I was in pretty bad shape. Most of the time I get adjusted is relatively painless and I feel significant relief almost instantly. As I was in pretty bad condition and significantly locked up, I suspected getting adjustments would be painful, and I was correct. But I also started feeling relief about ten minutes later. After the second adjustment I started getting feeling back where I've had numbness and pain for a while. This is good news. A week later, we've got a plan in place to correct the stuff I have going on and create a better future. I'm recommending him to everyone I know. Support staff couldn't be more helpful. I'm what I call a hard adjustment, I tense up and get some chronic nagging stuff that makes it harder for me to relax. This last time I returned in 2023 they started coming at me with some heat and massage prior to adjustments. I appreciate the extra attention and I'm beginning to experience some really positive results. I just need to remember to stay consistent with visits and can hopefully get on like a monthly maintenance. She's the only doctor there now but I have zero issues with scheduling and she's pretty efficient with patients going from room to room. I don't ever wait long for her to return.
