I was referred to Dr H by an outstanding massage therapist in the area. He saw me twice while visiting, coming in early on a Friday to accomodate my schedule. I couldn't believe how good he was. He spends 2-3 times as much time as most chiropractors because he does a lot of highly skilled muscle work prior to giving the chiropractic adjustments. Everything he did for me significantly helped me heal from some injuries I had had for some time. I wish we lived closer to each other because I'd want him to be my regular chiropractor. Had great conversation with Dr. Smoot, I was in pretty bad shape. Most of the time I get adjusted is relatively painless and I feel significant relief almost instantly. As I was in pretty bad condition and significantly locked up, I suspected getting adjustments would be painful, and I was correct. But I also started feeling relief about ten minutes later. After the second adjustment I started getting feeling back where I've had numbness and pain for a while. This is good news. A week later, we've got a plan in place to correct the stuff I have going on and create a better future. I'm recommending him to everyone I know. Support staff couldn't be more helpful. So glad I finally decided to get off my butt and get help.

I have recommended him to numerous family and friends, and just like my self, they have had excellent care. Please give him a try! There are many chiropractors out there that try to sell you a package of a certain number of visits and costs hundreds, even thousands, without been able to guarantee you'll need that many sessions. He's very honest and does not try to keep you for extra visits if you don't need them.
