This was my first time having osteopathic treatment and I was easily able to accept the concept as it was explained to me before and during the treatment. I am very sensitive and often feel pain during massages, but I did not feel any pain during this treatment and I almost fell asleep. Most importantly, I was amazed at how my body moved after the treatment and the next day and the day after that. The stiffness in my neck and shoulders, which had become chronic due to past car accidents, the aftereffects of tendonitis, and physical discomfort after childbirth were resolved, and my body felt lighter.
