I love this office. Dr. Hartman always gives excellent adjustments and is a highly skilled, knowledgeable chiropractor. He never makes you feel rushed--just calm, professional and kind. I was thrilled to see him return to Crossroads after many years away. Dr. Pluckhan is also amazing. He helped me with nutrition a few years back when I was having trouble with my diet. He has a wealth of knowledge and was kind enough to see me and help me through it. The office is clean, well run, and welcoming. I always leave feeling better than when I arrived. I only wish this office were closer to my home but it's worth the drive. read more

I gave this place a shot to see if I can get rid of my back pain. I had a compressed L2 and I began treatment. The decompression machine is amazing and I have been doing so much better than before I came here. I feel very good about the level of care and healing that I've experienced and received. I will continue to be in great hands with Dr Pluckhan and his Team of caring and understanding staff. The ladies who do the scheduling is very accommodating and understanding if I happen to have any emergencies of that nature they offered support and understanding. Thank you so much for everything you do and I appreciate your care and therapy. read more

I have been going to Dr.P on and off for the past 5 years. Originally I had issue with my back, then during the pandemic I had issues with my hands and wrists and recently I went back due to a neck issue. Additionally, my husband goes to him for a neck adjustment occasionally. Anytime I know my body needs any adjustment, is off, out of place, I go back to the Dr. because I trust him and his team. I highly recommend him and his team to anyone in the South Bay for chiropractic work and his wife for physical therapy. read more

Absolute professional, excellent care, great team, Dr Pluckhan has the best technology to my understanding from San Jose to Santa Barbara. He really cares about his patients and wants you to live your best life. I've been to other chiropractors, and this is a next level concierge type service. I had been on medication periodically for years, and in the last 8 weeks or so, I haven't even thought about the meds. I can enjoy the activites I once did without being worried about if I will be able to function the next day or two. The experience has been life changing for my wife as well, who has been dealing with chronic neck and back pain for over 20 years. If you're in pain, I highly recommend you book a consultation to see if he can do anything for you. read more

Brad is a good chiropractor. He does what you want him done and he does it very well. I recommend him.

Crossroads is an exquisite clinic with a bit of a different approach than many chiropractors in the area. Though there are many skilled doctors in our south bay and south county area this clinic focuses on spinal decompression and uses heavy equipment to execute their treatments. I have been struggling with a hyper compressed L5 disc and I am a very active person. Many doctors could help alleviate pain for me but they did not have the equipment to reverse the damage i have been doing to my lower spine over the last two decades. I highly recommend Dr Pluckhan no matter your age. My situation got to a point where i could not sleep without pain for 2 straight months. After the first 2 weeks of treatment that problem disappeared and has not returned and i am in week 6. Crossroads technology can pinpoint lower, mid, or upper back. I wish i had known about this clinic 10 or 20 years ago. Don't hesitate, don't be afraid. Let them fix you. Would give more than 5 stars if i could. read more

I've been having lower back problems for years and a few months ago I took 2 months' leave because the disc problem caused pinches on my nerves and the pain radiates to my right lower leg. When I had a CT scan on August 14, my neurosurgeon told me that I needed to undergo surgery. I asked if maybe physical therapy could help but he told me it's not gonna do anything. My husband, my son, and myself do not want surgery and when my husband saw Dr. Pluchan on his Facebook and mentioned about spinal decompression therapy as an alternative to having surgery, they encouraged me to visit his office. Dr. Pluchan is very nice and compassionate. He explained to me about the program and I trusted him. I began the spinal decompression therapy and after a few weeks of treatment, I began to feel better in my movement, improved mobility, and less pain in my lower back. I am happy with my treatment and the services that they provided. The staff are kind and approachable. Thank you Joanne Manalo read more

First class professional business with a genuinely kind staff. Wish I could give them more than five stars

By far, the best chiropractor I've ever been to. Knowledgeable, professional, caring, welcoming. I could barely walk when I first started treatment and looking at surgery as the only option with traditional medical care and now with regular maintenance, I have not had back pain in nearly 20 years. They have a great facility and staff as well. Save yourself some time and go see Dr. Pluckhan at Crossroads Back & Neck Care. Piper, their physical therapist is also amazing! read more
