tried to use the Masula web site "new patient" form that would not load, called to speak with…read moremasula to find out how to proceed, no answer , no recording...tried back for one last chance...was able to make apt, was told a text with link to form would follow, did not get text by my apt time so went early to fill out needed info. no receptionist and no help in office. decided to wait since could hear two voices in back room area...when dr and patient came into front area neither of them acknowledged me and looked at me like i was a freak! i was so uncomfortable i blurted out that i was a new patient needing to provide the info for the new patient form. no comment from dr, other patient left and dr asked it i had my cell phone, my answer of "no" obviously disturbed the dr. his only other words to me was how in 8 years he had not had to print the new patient forms. with that comment it was all i needed to know this dr was not for me...i am not overly sensitive but common courtesy is a must for doctor "bed side manner" i told him that and left, dr masula just made a snide grunt noise as the door closed. no wonder the office was empty and he cannot afford a receptionist to treat as badly as he treated me, a potential new patient. not bloody likely!!!!!!!!!!!

I cannot tell you how that experience shaped our thoughts on chiropractic care. I cannot say enough positive things about Dr Berger and his staff. I have recommended him to numerous family and friends, and just like my self, they have had excellent care. Please give him a try! There are many chiropractors out there that try to sell you a package of a certain number of visits and costs hundreds, even thousands, without been able to guarantee you'll need that many sessions. Nancy knows how to look for the root cause of the problem by starting at the main foundation, my legs. She notice my left leg was longer than my other and that it was pushing my whole left side "up" and threw my shoulder of out wack. She also fixed everything else that she found to be wrong. This was my first time having osteopathic treatment and I was easily able to accept the concept as it was explained to me before and during the treatment. I am very sensitive and often feel pain during massages, but I did not feel any pain during this treatment and I almost fell asleep. Most importantly, I was amazed at how my body moved after the treatment and the next day and the day after that. The stiffness in my neck and shoulders, which had become chronic due to past car accidents, the aftereffects of tendonitis, and physical discomfort after childbirth were resolved, and my body felt lighter.
