Then you go in for your consultation, I waited for the doctor and then he does the consult and some work by the assistant, then off to the next room for an adjustment by the doctor and done. Ruby was the one who did my electric treatment and she was super sweet and kind! The doctor was very thorough, answers all your questions and explains his findings as well as recommended treatment. I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Andalib's…read moreoffice. She was assigned as my primary doctor for a workers' compensation case and referred me to pain management back in October. After waiting for months with no appointment scheduled, I finally called in February-only to be told that she was no longer my primary doctor. I was never notified of this change. Because of this lack of communication and follow-through, my medical care was delayed significantly, and now I am forced to wait even longer to be reassigned to a new doctor while still in pain. Workers' comp patients already go through enough. Being dropped without notice and having referrals fall through the cracks is unacceptable. I hope this helps others be aware and stay on top of their care if they choose this office.
