After waiting for months with no appointment scheduled, I finally called in February-only to be told that she was no longer my primary doctor. I was never notified of this change. Because of this lack of communication and follow-through, my medical care was delayed significantly, and now I am forced to wait even longer to be reassigned to a new doctor while still in pain. Workers' comp patients already go through enough. Being dropped without notice and having referrals fall through the cracks is unacceptable. I hope this helps others be aware and stay on top of their care if they choose this office.
