I have been a customer of The Joint Magnolia for a year now, the least I can do is write a review on how amazing this place is. This establishment saved me from agony, pain, surgery, and life in general. I came in a year ago with a major sciatica problem almost unable to walk, didn't know what it was at first but I knew this was the worse pain I had ever experience. As a last desperate attempted for relief my mother had mention The Joint, so I went not expecting much: I was WRONG. In less than five minutes, because that's all a session takes, I had more comfort and relief then I have had in the past few months prior. The more I went and still go the better I felt and still feel, a year later I cannot even tell I ever had that kind of pain from day one. One feels welcome every visit, as if you are a part of a family, and everyone is always very helpful and very caring. From Courtney in FOH keeping the process going smoothly and professional while always smiling, and Dr. Gary (Doc to me) in BOH taking care of business always concern asking "How are you today? Any pain? Anything bothering?" with a big smile hoping he doesn't hear anything to bad, but if he does then the smiles goes away and the " I'll take good care of you" look rushes in. My experience at The Joint was my first chiropractic visit. I appreciated that I could walk in without an appointment, because when you're in pain waiting shouldn't be an option. Gary seemed concerned about my well being and my pain. He gave me some instructions until I came in for my next adjustment the following day, I came in for neck pain, he also worked on my hips. I only rated this a 4 because of the "catch ya" factor of the deals they offer but they come with a reoccurring charge to your credit card indefinitely till you cancel it. Not a fan. Not accustom to that type of business model. Don't like them, but pain will make u do things you normally wouldn't do. It's a little shady to me. I couldn't pay cash for the 2 month deal, had to be done on a credit card so they can hit your credit card after that when you forget to cancel it. Also, on day 2 I couldn't get the extra free visit and the one to give to a friend. Why not? The decor is nice and current, looks nice and clean. Gary was great, nothing bad on him, he gets 5 stars. read more

Found the initial visit special on Yelp and was a little skeptical because of the reviews. I'd heard good things and since the review were older, I decided to give them a chance. Glad I did. I've seen over two dozen chiropractors since college athletics and Dr. Embley is one of the better I've seen. Thorough in his evaluation and timely in his treatment. I went to The Joint today (for what was possibly a punched nerve) and was seen by Dr Garner. I had pain in my neck that was intolerable. I got in quickly and received chiropractic care, stretching, alignment and what felt like deep tissue/muscle relief. It was an excellent experience from the moment I was greeted by Ashley. I recommend if you are in pain or need some relief to stop by as it's walk in. There were two chiropractors there when I went in and a short 10 min wait. I will be going back. read more

I went to Dr. Embley this morning with a lot of discomfort and stiffness. He did an exam, gave me an adjustment, advice on what I could do to help alleviate any future discomfort, and sent me on my way! All within about 20 minutes. I immediately could tell a difference in my muscles and joints in my back neck and hips. Instant relief, and best of all, no pressure to come back for 6 weeks for therapy! Dr. Eric Gebhart did the BEST adjustment on me today. I suffer from an autoimmune disorder and chronic neck pain/stiffness & frequent migrianes. I actually decided to pick this location on a whim because I didn't enjoy my last adjustment at another location. I'm always cautious of my neck. WOW! He is great and SUPER knowledgeable in his area. If you are nervous or suffering from neck issues he did extra education to master adjusting the upper spine/neck/skull area. read more

I came in for a cheap adjustment. I think the advertisement I heard had said $29. I had hurt my back the night before. The doc cracked me up after I filled out a bunch of paperwork, and I felt somewhat better. Then I got roped into visiting several more times and paying something like $75/mo. Less than thrilled about that. I'm going to take that with a grain os salt since I came in with a hurt back. Hours later, my back pain is still very significant. :/ read more

I love The Joint! I have been going there for about 3 years and their plans are so much more affordable than going the insurance route. I have been to a couple other Chiropractors in the area but couldn't afford to go as often as I needed at between $35 and $60 per visit depending on my copay. The Joint plans are very affordable and they keep me moving literally and I always walk out pain free. Dr. Rivers works miracles for me! read more

Dr Garner is amazing! I feel like he truly cares about me, my life, etc & really takes his time to get myself realigned. I'd describe him as someone who was born to be a chiropractor & has clearly dedicated a lot of his life to developing his skill.
