The acupuncture, other therapy and exercises along with nutrition/vitamins has been a total game changer and amazing. I have seen him multiple times for my back issues and they are always quick, caring , courteous and have been a true lifesaver in getting me back to functioning and doing the things I love to do. That being said, I do have a tendency to overdo a lot of activities and just knowing that they are just a phone call away to getting an appointment or even as a walkin and treating me with open arms is so reassuring and knowing that I am in good hands. That said , it is located in an office that apparently operates like a mill. Did not make me feel comfortable at all in this age of Covid to have so many people running around in the tiny space they occupy filled with people getting glorified massages unmasked. Not to mention the treatments themselves which I'll cover. The treatment I got was almost laughable after spending about 5 minutes with the chiropractor. She proceeded to tell me that She was also an acupuncturist . From there she placed me with a " therapist " who placed an ice cold set of gel packs on my lower back and proceeded to hook me to an electric impulse machine which did absolutely nothing. From there , after about 5 minutes I was moved over like a cattle in a cattle car brigade behind a few peeps to do an adjustment. The adjustment was done within one minute of another " customer " and I didn't witness any cleaning , just a rolling of tissue covering. This chiropractor then proceeded to give me the worst back massage for about 60 seconds and highlighted it with " cracking my neck " without asking if she could do that. Many people have suffered strokes from that type "adjustment ". All in all the treatment lasted 2 minutes and was done on a table that had some sort of Wrestlemania contraption built in so that the patient hears when a little push occurs , which is all for show and effect. She rescheduled me for another visit and I took it just to see . Three days later I was put through the same mill only this time the adjustment lasted about 60 seconds and was a joke. She barely touched my back and exerted almost no pressure. It was a ripoff. I'll never go back and I suspect this is a mill foe your typical chiropractic scamming. Avoid. They're horrible.

I've been seeing Dr Custard since he came to town and opened up his business several years ago! My first physical therapy appointment with him was when I had carpal tunnel syndrome surgery, and he did physical therapy on my wrist. I have scoliosis and he has done adjustments on me to the point that I very seldom have discomfort. I have agonizing headaches and when they come on during the day, Dr Custard is the first person that I call. Typically they can get me in right away. He can do an adjustment then they do massage therapy and lay me on this amazing rolling bed and I leave their feeling so much better and the headache is gone. My only complaint if there is one is that he's not open in the middle of the night; when I get off from the hospital, my headache may come on and the office is closed. But they did show me how to use a tens unit and where to place the pads typically, I'll use the tens unit and wake up the next morning headache free.

I have been a patient of this practice for several years and was satisfied with the care. However,…read moreafter my most recent visit, the care quality was disappointing. I felt rushed, as if on an assembly line, and the adjustment was unsatisfactory. Although a simple adjustment is a covered service with my insurance carrier, with a $0 copay, the receptionist and office manager refused to bill for the service and demanded I pay the full charge, $50.00 (This was after I declined to schedule multiple other services.) I paid the $50.00 charge and left. I reached out to my insurance carrier for reimbursement assistance and they advised charging me was a breach of the provider's contract and the carrier attempted to reach out to the provider to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, they were met with hostility and defensiveness from the office manager, along with a flat refusal to reimburse for the service. I won't return to this provider, ever.

Every single staff member is incredible. When have you ever been to a business where you can confidently say that? I've been personally treated by Dr. Keyes, Dr. Denise, and Dr. Andrew. They're all incredible chiropractors. I see Dr. Andrew most regularly and he's always so good about listening to me and encouraging me to listen to my body. Even on days where the office is so busy, he gives me his full undivided attention and never makes me feel rushed out of the treatment room. I've also been treated by Crystal, Nick & Jordan. Jordan does a great job of educating everyone in the gym area, giving you homework, and adapting daily to what your body needs. Crystal & Nick have both done Regen for me & they're awesome as well. Theresa, Kasey & Kayla are always so kind and somehow learned mine & my husband's name and remembered us after only one appointment. You never have to question if they see you as a person or just a number. You can automatically tell how much they care. Woodlands Family Chiro is truly something special. I asked him to look at the imaging which is why l asked for a second consultation. ****He should have told me this before my injections, not after!**** I feel like I just put a $3000 Band-Aid on my L4 L5 vertebrae. Funny how he looked at the X-rays AFTER the procedure to mention surgery but didn't look at the X-rays I had before the procedure.
