He told me it had to be removed immediately or I'd end up in the hospital with a serious health risk, and gave me no other options. The procedure was coded in a way that insurance denied as cosmetic or comfort care, leaving me with a $400 bill that overdrafted my account. When I reached out for notes or a letter of medical necessity to appeal, I was told the physician no longer works there, transferred to billing, and the billing manager refused to help. She said they wouldn't do anything more, it was an insurance problem, and this was the last communication they'd have on the matter. She became aggressive when I simply explained I was upset about the situation. On top of that, they charged my card for the full amount without any prior notice after the denial, which came as a complete shock. The doctor was also negligent in dressing the wound, the gauze stuck to the nail bed, I had to return two days later, and he ripped it off dry, causing extreme pain and re-traumatizing the area. The nail is now not growing back properly. Patients deserve better than being left financially harmed and physically worse off with zero cooperation on fixing a preventable insurance issue. I wouldn't recommend this practice.

I was told that after the first month, that they would call to check in with me on my progress. No one ever called. My first script ran out on 11/06. I have been calling and calling and waiting for my next script to no avail. The one time that someone did answer the phone, she said that the Nurse practitioner was out of the country. It's approaching two weeks now that I am waiting on my second script. I can't get in contact with anyone over there. No one answers the phone or returns my calls or responds to my messages. I paid for this weight loss program in good faith that I would not have any interruptions. Their service is horrible. If you decide to go here, don't say that you weren't forewarned. I just wish I knew beforehand, I would have went somewhere else. THIS IS NOT OK!!!

I have not seen the chiropractor, but those who I've spoken with that go to see him give great reviews. They also have a selection of vitamins, etc., for those that are incorporating nutrition into their treatment. Lori at the front desk is always very helpful and welcoming. Jonathan gives an excellent massage and can do medium to deep as needed. The only complaint that I have is that perhaps the owner could insulate the massage room so you couldn't hear those utilizing the other part of the studio when getting a massage.

I've waited a week to post this but after the 3rd time encountering Pam & her sour attitude, I…read morethought it was necessary to share my experience. If you're looking to be met with kindness & professionalism, this isn't the place. The receptionist was unbelievably rude, disrespectful and acted like helping patients was a burden. There was no courtesy, no respect, and no basic customer service. I will say, while waiting, I did witness she was somewhat nice to some & cold to others. A chiropractor's office should feel warm & welcoming as most who are there have some sort of ailment they are dealing with. Plus, it's just how you should act when you are providing a service to the public. The old receptionist was fantastic but the one they have now, Pam, is a complete "you know what". And I'm not the only one who feels this way. Some people are willing to tolerate her cold & condescending behavior because she's just the receptionist but I will not! I won't be back, and I strongly suggest Richard address her behavior because it reflects terribly on the entire practice.

Had surgery and not even a year later my face was nothing they had promised (Devastated) but in contract, I have a 1 year Revision ( Dr.Perlman would correct any issues free of charge) I made my appointment with Sylvia (Sales) for August 25, 2023, I had to wait over a month for that appointment only for Sylvia to call me August 22, 2023 (3 days before my appointment "Revision") telling me Dr.Perlman was not performing surgeries at this time and did not know when he would, She also said I'm sorry! I was devastated not only with the horrible results of face-lift done by Dr.Perlman but the cancelation of my appointment that I know was untrue, Basically I was lied to because of not wanting to do the revision for me! A few weeks before Sylvia had been very rude to me, I called Seychelles Med Spa since I was referred by her to see Dr.Perlman, and explained how I was treated by Sylvia, Most likely my cancelation was due to me calling!Since I've had surgery he has moved his office, He is now in the same building as Seychelles Med Spa on Borough dr. Spring, Tx. August 23, 2023 Sylvia called back to tell me that I needed to come in the following week for evaluation of my face and it would be a couple of months, That didn't make any sense being I was scheduled for "Revision" on August 25, 2023! I could not trust these people again, I feel she was trying to cover up the breaking of contract! In good faith I would like my money refunded, I paid for a botched face-lift that has made me feel insecure with the bad results and completely devasted of the entire experience! I have been lied to and knowing I paid that price for something that went terribly wrong! I need to have my face corrected by a Plastic surgeon, but need my money back to get it done! I'm praying Dr.Perlman will acknowledge his mistakes and make this right, I trusted him only to be left with bad results from the face-lift he performed and losing a large amount of money for a procedure that caused pain and suffering, only to be a complete disaster!
