The front desk lady seriously needs some help in customer service. The reviews are no joke. Walked in and stood around for a good 5 minutes before anyone came to the front of the store/office. Was greeted by a lady who didn't say hello or greet us, just said "what brings you in" with an attitude, no smile, looked like she just rolled out of bed dragging her feet on the floor. Show some damn professionalism you're in a so called "doctors office." Mind you, being our first time at a joint, my wife repeated herself saying this is our first time we are not sure. We really just wanted to get an adjustment, and once again the lady said "what brings you in?" With an attitude, rolls her eyes a bit. So she then grab two clipboards tells us to fill out the 7 pages which we did, completed them and I walk up to the desk and she starts looking it over and goes "Psshh, who's is this?! I can't read your name, you need to refill this all out." I spelt out my name to her and she's like well you need to fill all this out again, I then was like screw this, you do not treat patients like this, we're leaving and walked out. This was on January 31st 2020 at 3:40pm so corporrate and whoever actually Reads these reviews can have a proper talk with this employee on how to dress and show professionalism. I was a little bit nervous about coming here due to some of the pass reviews but I must say after going in a few times my experience has not been that way at all. Both the front desk people that I met were super friendly and great to chat with. Today when I went in the front desk receptionist did not recognize me and he was so welcoming, introduce himself and said he hadn't seen me before how nice it was to meet me and he was just awesome. I was still nervous going in and getting adjusted but Dr Shawn gives a lot of great information but it's not too much. He tells you enough about the history and what he does which really helped build confidence but not to an overwhelming point. He makes me feel very secure and that really helps. Avoid this location. The lady at the front desk is extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked a simple question and she yelled at me! I actually thought she was going to hit me! Be careful with the memberships. The front desk refused to cancel my membership by accusing me of never filling out the paperwork even though I singed cancellation forms twice. Eventually switched bank accounts. Corporate needs to address this because it's not ok to have someone like this at the front representing your business. Both of the doctors are very unprofessional. I was also injured by a neck adjustment from one of the doctors and later found out HE GAVE ME A NECK SPRAIN! My head was titled to the side the next day and would not move. I had a I am now seeking treatment though a real professional. If you are looking for a chiropractor, I would recommend looking elsewhere. There is another location that is excellent. However, a lot of these chiropractors are inexperienced or clearly do not know what they are doing. It is worth it to spend a little extra to ensure you are receiving proper care. This was my first time ever to the Chiropractic! I must say it was a pleasant informative experience. For your first time they give you a basic overview of your posture to identify the issue at hand, and then they walk you through what they plan to do and I walked out feeling better. The young lady is quick and helpful and you're in and out in 10 which I like because I go during my lunch break. The other gentlemen is been in the business for over 30+ years so he takes his time and really cares about the patient relationship. The first time I went in, it was GREAT. I went in for the $19 initial adjustment, it was easy, quick, and I felt great afterwards. She asked about my troubled areas, did a quick evaluation, then did a full, thorough adjustment. After a week or so I decided to get the monthly plan that includes 4 adjustments for $49 - sounded like a great deal. However, when I went in the second time for back pain, there was a different doctor/chiropractor working. Without asking if I have a specific area that's in pain, he asked me to lay down, did a painful neck adjustment and sent me off in literally less than 60 seconds. The third time I went in, exact same scenario. I think in any wellness business, a simple "what's hurting" must always be the first thing to be asked. The first chiro I worked with (the lady) was attentive and thorough. The gentleman who took over afterwards seemed rushed and did not care about your pain or personal needs. This place has potential and I was so happy after my first visit, but they need to make major changes and stop treating this place like an express lane at a service station. What a shame! read more

Dr. Walter Cook is the worst chiropractor I have ever dealt with in the 12 years of seeing regular chiropractic care. He didn't ask me why I was even coming in, had no idea of my current situation and areas of pain, and spent less than a minute with me. I even had to ask him to do an additional adjustment on my neck because he didn't even ask for feedback. I actually left in more pain than when I came in paired with an excruciating headache. I called the office the following day to ask Walter his reasoning for his lack of professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail giving him the benefit of the doubt. He laughed at me and said he stands by his methods. I asked him if he knew why I came in yesterday and obviously, he said no. Completing a medical procedure on someone without properly documenting is malpractice. read more

This place fixed me ! I was having a lot of difficulty walking with my first pregnancy and my gynecologist recommended to see a chiropractor and I was desperate because I couldn't walk due to the pain in my left hip joint. When I came here I was seen immediately and believe it or not I walked out in a normal gait which was magic for me. In only about two adjustments I have been walking like a normal person. This was my first time doing this and now I wish I would have done it sooner! I have been having back trouble for quite some time and after spending 500 dollars at a regular doctor who then proceeded to give me pain killers that just recently stopped working I said enough was enough I don't have insurance and was not about to go to a low end hospital. I decided last minute to check into going to a chiropractor and glad I did. It was a minimal wait and about five pages of signing and check marking the application. The consultation was great Mr. Cook, was funny smart and informative. I was nervous and he put me at ease. The process took only about ten minutes and the pain in my back had went from a 9 to a 2! I suffer from plantar fasciitis and sciatica. The pain has been absolutely debilitating.
