I don't believe any of the other staff actually listened to a word I said. After they ran up an xray bill to hit my insurance, they made a half-hearted attempt at an adjustment that did very little other than some light stretching I could/should have just done at home. They quickly transitioned to an ineffective TENS unit that I mentioned simply does not and will not work for me, then sent me home in the exact same condition more or less(improved from the stretching and BS adjustment/inflamed and cramping from the TENS unit). Desperate and STILL in pain after they sent me home, I went to a competitor, who acted with a real sense of urgency to alleviate the pain and were happy to communicate with and treat me. Given the high ratings and how wicked, awesome Christy at the front desk was, I cannot help but feel extremely disappointed and would also still feel...well...much pain if there weren't many alternatives in this area. The other reviews simply baffle and upset me - why did they get such great service? I'm sincerely happy for those who were able to get some pain relief, but do not understand how the same facility offered such abysmal service and neglect. Bless your heart Christy.

First I had ever seen a chiropractor working in a PT office, and definitely the first I've seen you could just ask for something they are not necessarily treating me for and it was taken care of! I am so impressed by this office and if you can't really afford the huge Co-pays, just tell them and they actually care enough to work with you! I asked them to waive the charges as the cost without insurance was only going to be $275.00. They would not waive the outstanding balance and to this day I am being chased down for the outstanding bill. LONG REVIEW: We were referred by a very close and good…read morefriend of ours. She told us how fantastic the staff are and how accommodating they are to what you require, and truly want to help you feel better. They make you feel relaxed and comfortable there your entire while you are in their care. Well, she was not kidding! From the moment I messaged AC&R's Facebook Messenger it was such an amazing experience. If you ever have any questions after they are closed for the day, you can get a hold of their IT person. She responded quickly, and answered every question I had at MIDNIGHT!!! Totally fantastic . Even gave me a tip to fill out paperwork before going in because it would save some time! As soon as we walked into the door, and until we walked out to go home; was perfect! Such a wonderful and fantastic experience!!! They are thorough, and then some!!! We had already filled out the proper paperwork for our new patient appointment; so that was super fast for getting in and right into the appointment and such itself. (To print out your paperwork, just go to their website and search for "paperwork", then click on the proper paperwork you need. Print it out, and you will be ready for your appointment!). Handed her out papers, insurance cards, and Driver Licenses. She asked us to fill only two or so questions on a paper, with our name and such on it. No biggy. Took about half a second! As soon as that was finished we were already asked to come to the back to see the Chiropractor. We were early and they were ready for us, so we got to get started sooner than our initial appointment time! Doctor was/is enthusiastic, and made some small talk which is nice. He absolutely tuned in to everything I had to say! He truly cares!!! Not uptight and too professional like most medical personnel. Asked us some questions and the basics to get to know us, and then adjusted us according to our individual needs. After that we went into another room where again our individual needs were met for an ice or heated treatment for our pain levels and areas of pain. When that was finished we went into another room for our massages; again what each of us needed individually. It was so relaxing and amazing! Could not have had a better overall experience! Keep in mind this is my review based on what we experienced for our bodies, and such. You may need a different treatment, however I can tell ya that they truly care and want you to recover. They will do their best to make this happen. You won't be disappointed. So pleased to call Absolute Chiropractic and Rehab our place to stop the ooww pain!!!
