I've been coming here for a bit over a month and I have to say I love it. I came in unable to move my neck with some upper back and shoulder stiffness. Now I'm feeling almost good as new. You'll see a number of doctors in this facility each with their own style but they all do a great job. Unfortunately to write a review covering each individual I'd be here for way too long so I'm going to focus on the people ai see most. Kevin is the doctor I've had the most sessions with and he is fantastic. He has a fantastic bedside manner, listens, comes up with great solutions, and is willing to talk through all of your issues in a very clear manner. I love how much he's helped me and will always be willing to wait until he's available when I come in. Crystal is a receptionist here and there's just so much to say about her. She has a very warm and outgoing personality that really caters to a position that requires dealing with customers -and let's be real some customers are a pain- which makes walking into this place such a treat. I love having conversations while I'm waiting around and she always has something interesting to say. And her hair!!!! Just way too cool. Irene: I don't see her very often but she was the first person I met at this office. She really sold me on the monthly plan -they have several so I don't remember what it's called- with her kindness and professionalism. Unfortunately my schedule conflicts with her so I don't get to see her often when I come in but when I do it's so nice to catch up. Whenever I need chiropractic care, I always stop by The Joint. The customer service at the front desk is impeccable and they always make you feel extremely welcome. I used to come here before monthly, but I got busy with personal things and didn't have time to stop by so ultimately I had to cancel my membership :( ... I now have a reason to come back. I needed some adjustments made because I was feeling pain on my back. Anyway, the team here always does a consistent job of maintaining it for my wellness. Each chiropractor does adjustments differently, but they all do pretty much the same thing. For general maintenance, I would highly recommend the $89/month plan that comes with 4 adjustments in 1 month. But because my back was too messed up, they came up with a personalized plan to get me back in better shape lol. Eventually it'll get me to the 4 adjustments. For every additional adjustment, it's only $10 for a quick fix. I thought it was $20 each, so to me it's a great deal for getting rid of the pain and discomfort on one's back. TL;DR great place to get adjustments for wellness. Your spine goes through a lot of stress, so come back to maintain it! :D read more

I had been having lower back pain and was worried about my kidneys. I decided to get an adjustment on Thursday while awaiting my doctors appointment the following Tuesday. My adjustment gave me the peace of mind because the pain in the lower back area was better after my adjustments. I will be heading back soon. read more

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMERS I came in for one time visit and they pressured me into signing up for their membership $89 monthly. After my first visit I decided it was not worth the monthly plan. I decided to cancel, but they told me I had to wait until the second month to cancel. Not a problem. I waited the month and came back in person to cancel. Filled out a form to cancel and the receptionist "processed my request". She mentioned I will get an email confirmation. Six months later I'm still getting charged $89 monthly for services I had cancel and not using. I called and spoke to the manager Shateah. She didn't handle my concern in a professional matter then she started to raised her voice at me and was being defensive blaming me for the situation. I asked to speak to someone above her and she mentioned I'm out of luck because they're franchise and she's the only one I can speak to. Turns out I'm not the only person this happened to based on the other reviews. Stay away! read more

The facility was clean, though the lobby very full of patients waiting. I had paperwork to fill out as a new patient, but i observed existing members check in and get seen quickly. An otherwise good experience, though i couldn't get out of here until i wrote a review on the spot, if i wanted the check in $10 discount, which was not required as a condition of the offer. I had an appointment at the Downey location for 10:00 AM today. I arrived at approximately 9:50 AM. The doors were locked lights off. I waited walked around until my back could no longer take it. 10 o'clock. I got ready to leave;Three other people walked up I asked had they been there before? Everyone was new except one female employee who stated they forgot to give her the new key. I left.. This is not professional I suggest if you make an appointment make it after 10:00 because being prompt is not their strength.as I left the parking lot I could see employees in black scrubs rushing up to the door. lunches bags water bottles in hand. If the store opens at 10 you need to be there 15 to 30 minutes before your first appointment. read more

I call her many times because she keep putting me on hold. She refused to give me a refund but she can have the manager call me..... well nobody get back to me. She did not treat me nicely . That is the reason why I have to write negative review. She seems doesn't care and said I have the right to do. Completely unacceptable to charge unauthorized charges to any body's card.
