I have been attending this chiropractic office for approximately one year, and I consistently receive excellent care and customer service. Dr. Nejera and Violeta at the front office are both outstanding. I am very grateful for the entire staff, especially Violeta. Was referred by a friend and have been coming here, periodically, for years. Dr. Najera is a professional that always cures the problem. At times, I've gone in with very bad back pain and thankfully, she has the expertise to set me straight! Her series of treatments work! I like the fact that she takes time to explain the problem and her plan on how to eliminate the pain and improve the situation. She also takes time to suggest what I can do or change, so that the problem doesn't reoccur. I will keep referring her, and it's nice to know that, if needed, I have someone that is quite competent to fix my back. read more

Beware this establishment will overcharge you on co-pay and scam you into overpaying in a double-dealing practice!!!!

Thank you for your response. I'm glad that it doesn't represent your values. However, the staff you hire and trust to represent your company needs to be re-evaluated or retrained. I scheduled my appointment at your facility due to the fact that I was in pain. She showed no compassion or empathy for me as a patient. Although you may not have been aware of what was happening, I highly doubt that it was an isolated incident. She seemed pretty adamant that she was correct even after I informed her that I work with medical insurance and I know the process. The problem is that she did nothing to resolve the incident. She could have just as easily said that it was a mistake and asked for me to be seen promptly since she was the one who caused the delay in my service. Instead, she put her pride above patient care and told me that I was already 15 minutes into my appointment and that I had to reschedule. read more

i was in a pretty bad car accident recently and sought out chiropractic care at najera chiropractic on a friend's recommendation. i had never been to a chiropractor before and, needless to say, had plenty of questions. dr. najera was happy to answer each and every one of them both patiently and professionally. i felt like she actually cared about helping me get better. after only a couple appointments, i'm already feeling much, much better. i highly recommend dr. najera and najera chiropractic. i even made an appointment with her husband, who operates his dental clinic in the same building. gotta love family-run businesses! read more
