This was one of the worst customer experiences I've had with a membership-based business. We live in Arizona, yet somehow this company allowed someone in another state to use multiple sessions under my husband's account. Three sessions were used without our knowledge, and there were zero safeguards in place to flag or stop it in real time. That alone is a major failure in basic account security. It gets worse. When we showed up for a scheduled visit at our usual location, he was denied service because of an "issue" on the account caused by that unauthorized activity. So not only did they fail to protect the account, they then blocked the actual customer from using the service he pays for. And trying to resolve anything is a nightmare. They do not answer their phone. There is no urgency, no accountability, and no clear process for fixing serious issues like this. Was very pleased the first visits then the adjustment was too rough and my ribs were damaged. Had paid for the month and only had one adjustment. Of course I missed the other three. When I contacted them I was told my account would be put on hold, no concern of my injury. My American National debit card was changed because Atlantic Union took over so I thought it was over. The 13th I got a charge for the next four treatments on my new debit card. This is not right! I will never return to be injured again. I should never have allowed you to automatically charge my account, but you should never charged my new account after being informed I was injured. Your actions make me feel like this happens often. The staff is AMAZING! The check in process was seamless and the wellness coordinators are very helpful. As for that adjustment...best I've ever felt in my life...IN MY LIFE!!!
