This was one of the worst customer experiences I've had with a membership-based business…read more We live in Arizona, yet somehow this company allowed someone in another state to use multiple sessions under my husband's account. Three sessions were used without our knowledge, and there were zero safeguards in place to flag or stop it in real time. That alone is a major failure in basic account security. It gets worse. When we showed up for a scheduled visit at our usual location, he was denied service because of an "issue" on the account caused by that unauthorized activity. So not only did they fail to protect the account, they then blocked the actual customer from using the service he pays for. And trying to resolve anything is a nightmare. They do not answer their phone. There is no urgency, no accountability, and no clear process for fixing serious issues like this. If a company can't manage something as simple as account integrity or customer access, they shouldn't be operating on a membership model. Completely unacceptable. Chiropractor care

Was very pleased the first visits then the adjustment was too rough and my ribs were damaged. Had…read morepaid for the month and only had one adjustment. Of course I missed the other three. When I contacted them I was told my account would be put on hold, no concern of my injury. My American National debit card was changed because Atlantic Union took over so I thought it was over. The 13th I got a charge for the next four treatments on my new debit card. This is not right! I will never return to be injured again. I should never have allowed you to automatically charge my account, but you should never charged my new account after being informed I was injured. Your actions make me feel like this happens often. I should have sued you then. Sorry I did not. Starr Bell 434-770-5275.

I fell and hurt my back and was looking for a chiropractor. I found her on Yelp. There were no…read morereviews but she was available so I took a chance. I'm doing this review so you know not to take the same chance. I arrived at her office which is actually her apartment. I'm going to skip over a lot of details to be as nice as possible. The first thing that happened when I walked in is she said I look like I need a hug and she gave me a hug. Uuhhmmmm... She put me down on the table and took out a large massager and massaged around areas of my back. Then we went into what I believe is a dining room and said at the table. She talked to me at length about her book and some papers. I kept coming back to the topic of "are you going to work on my back?" Because I was still in pain and I didn't like sitting up because it hurt. She would go right back to topics about her book and asking me what I did for a living and stuff like that. Finally she pulled down a small painting from the wall that looks like maybe she painted it. It was the letter Y. Inside the Y were dots. Above the left side of the Y was a frown shape and above the right side of the Y was a smile shape. She said each of the dots represented stressors and we had to move the stressors from the left negative side of the Y to the right positive side of the Y. You said this would cure the cause of any pain and discomfort. I asked her if we were just going to do a mental exercise to address my issue and would there be anything physical. Said yes it's physical and physically going to use my mind. I again asked if the only thing that was going to happen was this mental exercise and she said yes. I said with all due respect I'm looking for someone to fix the problem not do a mental exercise. I asked her what I owed her for the massage that lasted a couple of minutes with the machine. Her entire tone look and attitude immediately changed. She said "then just get out you're not my patient. You don't owe me anything." Whoa! Avoid.
