I've never experienced a worker flying off the handle and disrespecting not only me but my very young child as well. The worker was in such a rush and had a bad attitude, pushing her cart almost hit my child. After not saying excuse me had the audacity to scream, yell, blame my child for not "getting out the way". Disgusting, ghetto and unprofessional. I see why people hate Walmart so much. I will never shop at Walmart again. Good prices but not worth it if you have to deal with rude, disrespectful workers that have no regard for anyone, and can't even be professional and compose themselves at work.

I'm updating this review based on my last few visits…read more The last visit was really the most annoying. There was a wagon for pulling children up on a shelf assembled and on display. We asked if it could be brought to the ground so my wife and I could look at it. You wanted to see the inside of the wagon before we made the purchase since it cost $500. A few people contacted a manager. When she arrived we explained to her we like to see it before purchasing it since it was a good amount of money and we could not see inside the wagon. She said no that was not allowed. Well of course we didn't make the purchase and left. Additionally the food court has been out of food often and the soda machines continue to be empty or in disrepair plus always messy. You still go here for large purchases and to use the pharmacy but overall the stories just not really that great and seems to be going down.

The male that was speaking to her looked me dead in the face numerous times and said nothing. He didn't even tell her that I was behind her. Piedmont Pharmacy is the best caring, detailed, efficient, and most valuable pharmacy I have…read moreutilized in Danville of six pharmacies total. Tracy is determined to meet your needs and exceed your expectations. As a patient with many chronic diseases we try hard to manage and balance, it is so important to have a good pharmacy in your corner. Finally, I have that since moving to Danville. From appropriately processing BINs for manufacturer discounts for respiratory inhalers and Celebrex, to accurately filling my medications with appropriate warnings and reminders, Piedmont Pharmacy has met the expectations my independent Durham pharmacy instilled. Their technicians don't try to recommend an OTC "substitution" for a medication, which is not the same drug at all, and rather than help, could harm; pharmacy techs at big drug stores tried to do this repeatedly, to be "helpful." Piedmont understands the medications they dispense were prescribed for a medical reason and are not interchangeable with similar classes drugs or therapies. If we meet a hiccup with insurance, cost, or the prescriber, we address it together, so I still get my necessary treatments. Piedmont just proved, once again, that independent, local pharmacies are the only way to go. Thank you from the bottom of our pea-pickin' hearts, but not the bottom of our wallet.
