From appropriately processing BINs for manufacturer discounts for respiratory inhalers and Celebrex, to accurately filling my medications with appropriate warnings and reminders, Piedmont Pharmacy has met the expectations my independent Durham pharmacy instilled. Their technicians don't try to recommend an OTC "substitution" for a medication, which is not the same drug at all, and rather than help, could harm; pharmacy techs at big drug stores tried to do this repeatedly, to be "helpful." Piedmont understands the medications they dispense were prescribed for a medical reason and are not interchangeable with similar classes drugs or therapies. If we meet a hiccup with insurance, cost, or the prescriber, we address it together, so I still get my necessary treatments. We asked if it could be brought to the ground so my wife and I could look at it. You wanted to see the inside of the wagon before we made the purchase since it cost $500. A few people contacted a manager. When she arrived we explained to her we like to see it before purchasing it since it was a good amount of money and we could not see inside the wagon. She said no that was not allowed. Well of course we didn't make the purchase and left. Additionally the food court has been out of food often and the soda machines continue to be empty or in disrepair plus always messy. However, when I got home I saw that the product of Anbesol Maximum Strength had been made in CHINA. **Red flag** how can I be sure that I would not get Covid from the use of this Oral Anesthetic. Called the 800 number and was advised Anbesol is now made by another company in Richmond, Va. She stated no qurantree if made any where that you might not get Covid from Manufacture. This is quite unexceptable
