Dr Pong , is a giant among men. He is the reason why I drive so far from my house in Valrico to come see him. His passion is contagious . If it wasn't for him and Dr Bacon I would cancel my membership completely . I go to many Joint Chiropractic facilities and he makes you feel special and great . Seeing him is always the highlight for me and my wife . read more

Always a great experience. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They now have an app so I don't have to find my little key fob thing anyway. read more

I travel a lot for work and it is very convenient to count on Chiropratic care regardless of my location. Dr. Meg & Dr. Jeremy have been awesome at keeping my migraines at bay. Stephanie and the staff are very kind. read more

Amazing place! All of the chiropractors there are amazing. I haven't met one I didn't like. My neck feels sooo much better and I look forward to going every time! I go when I feel a migraine coming on and once I'm cracked it starts so subside almost immediately. I even got my friend to start going because her back always used to hurt and she said they fixed her like magic. I know it can't heal everyone, but I definitely reconnect giving it a try! read more

Anybody but Paul Zaner! I have been a member of The Joint for over a year. I recently canceled it because of low usage. I went into this location for a single visit. Let me tell you, this Dude Paul Zaner was horrible. His attitude was as if he was upset about being there. He had his feet on the seat surfing the internet on his phone. This was a red flag but I ignored it because of the great experiences I have had with Dr. Mo over the years. This one experience with Paul tainted all of my great experiences with The Joint. This dude was very rude and started calling me buddy as if he was some superior Chiropractor. Then he started on this high pressure sales kick. It ended with me telling Paul to keep his comments to himself. He rightfully did so. People. Stay away from this place if this guy is here. This was absolutely horrible. If his name is Paul Zaner go the opposite direction. Heck let your infant cousin adjust your back, anybody but Paul. read more

The care is good but I always have to wait at this location because there is ever only one doctor working. Right now there are six people waiting for an adjustment while the dr is working on a new patient explaining everything. I suggest having two doctors on schedule during busy times to keep with your selling point. Thank you read more

I've been going to this Brandon office since it opened. I have a very busy life, and I love that I can run over during my lunch break and get out back together. Dr. Paul is my favorite! Definitely worth the investment! read more

I really am hesitant to leave a good review for fear this location will be swamped with new patients, but honestly all my adjustments have been excellent! I had my first chiropractic adjustment over 30 years ago, hence I've had a few chiropractors adjust me in my lifetime. I even have family members who are chiropractors. The reason for my background? Well that's to give some weight to my review: Dr. Skylyr Strader is very skilled at adjusting and his personality is professional and friendly and easy-going. All around a great experience every time I visit weekly. Dr. Skylyr Strader and his adjustments keep me healthy and feeling great. I would recommend him without hesitation. The set up at the Joint Chiropractic (for those who have never visited a location) is similar to a gym membership. You pay a monthly fee depending on how many visits you'd like to have per month. Once you arrive, you simply scan your key fob and you're registered for the visit. The "membership" also allows visits to other locations, but I've only visited this location yet it's good to know I could jump into any other location in case of emergencies. Very affordable (better than using my healthcare with a deductible) and super easy yet you will have immediate results, so what are you waiting for? read more

Mareli was phenomenal and polite! She explained everything throughly and patiently. Dr. Don helped me relieve pain I've been having for awhile. read more

I came to see Dr. Skylyr Strader for the first time and I was absolutely amazed with his adjustment. I'm a fan forever!! I drove from N. Tampa to Brandon because I heard such great things about him. People say that he is phenomenal. They are 100% correct! He's personable, patient, a great listener and adjusts excellently. Thanks to him I can actually walk better now with no limping or pain! read more

Dr. Paul is the best, he adjusts my son and I regularly. I've been to other locations but this is always my preferred.

Dr Nigel Winton and all associates do amazing work. The office staff is super friendly and helpful.

I highly recommend going in and seeing Dr. Paul. I went in for chronic neck pain and now I'm almost pain free from his treatments. I've been to many chiropractors before but this is the first time it has been effective. I would give more stars if I could. read more

Front desk is rude, it's like pulling teeth to get answers. As always good providers bad service

I honestly thought this was a great business till I tried to leave. I called and asked for my subscription to be canceled and also for a refund. They refused to refund the last payment and I just asked them to cancel it if they couldn't. The lady told me she would do that for me. I called again before the billing to double check and they told me they would not cancel and would continue the subscription Unless I come in. I explained I was unable to come into a location and she told me I wouldn't be able to cancel my subscription. It was very difficult dealing with them until I asked if they could email it to me and she said she'd ask. This is honestly the worst company I have ever dealt with. I highly discourage people from going. read more

-- Update -- Now it is hit and miss to even see if you can get adjusted because their systems seem to go down over and over again. This leaves you feeling twisted for a month, or longer, because they cannot seem to just simply write your name down and check you into the system at a later time after you've been adjusted. And, then - of course, the Dr. you really like and does a good job stops working there and now you are left with not receiving a full treatment as you were use to. Hit and miss, lately a miss! One Dr. is great and he adjusts you very well each time. Others no so much. If you go in and he is not there it is a waste of your time and hard earned money. I'll have to go back multiple days in a row to see if he is there because there seems to be no set schedule for their Dr.'s and when certain people will be there in order to get adjusted properly. read more

Completely disgusted by this companies behavior and the way they handle business. We were told they would cancel the membership and that there was no need to come in. WELL the same lady manager lied and changed the story again and charged our account for another month and said canceling had to be done in person and no refunds were permitted. Whatever you do I do not recommend this company . read more

Walk-Ins are welcome unless you are a new patient. We drove all the way over and were told they aren't taking new patients today. Maybe don't advertise no appointments needed unless you can see everyone that walks in read more

Dr. Martin is the absolute best! She is so thorough with her exam. I have never gone to a chiropractor that actually did an in depth exam like she did. I have had hip and back pain for years, to the point it effected my work, and life. No one has ever been able to get me relief till I found her. By my third visit the discomfort is so minimal that I forget it's there! read more

I highly recommend the Joint Chiropractic in Brandon! The doctors are very detailed, professional, and knowledgeable! The clinic is always tidy and festive for the seasons! I always appreciate the kindness and insightfulness of the front desk staff. They communicate extremely well with the doctors to ensure patients have the best wellness plan that fits their financial obligations! You're not just a patient when you come to the Joint Chiropractic in Brandon, you become family! The doctors (specifically, Dr. Paul & Dr. Megan) at the Brandon clinic were able to discover in one day an ailment that I had been trying remedy for months with my regular health care physicians! The doctor was very caring and nice but the other staff was very disrespectful and degrading.

Dr. Skylyr is nothing short of amazing. He always has a smile on his face and is personable. I'm in and out which is great but I never feel rushed. I was nervous about seeing a chiro that doesn't take appointments and accepts walk ins only but I was wrong. It is so convenient! I love that I can use any Joint location across the country and it's so cheap! read more

I've been going to a chiropractor for 44 Years. Doctor Paul in Brandon it's as good as they come I would recommend him To anyone. But as I tell people in the plumbing industry the license doesn't make the plumber, The same applies with chiropractics the certificate doesn't make the chiropractor choose your chiropractor wisely. As I said doctor Paul is a good one. read more

Great customer service. Informative and concise. The doctor effectively communicated with me the issues during my assessment, as well the steps during the actual treatment. read more

This place is horrible! I went into the office 2 months ago and told them I didn't want any more charges on my account because my daughter got me some visits for a gift..the employee at the desk said well we need to have a card on file since you still have a couple visits left.. so I gave her my card and told her not to charge it, which she immediately did! She then refunded it because she realized what she did, it took almost a week to get back.. anyway at that time I told her to cancel .. lo and behold another month goes by and I get charged again! I was told to come in on the 30th because it will renew again to cancel it. It charged that morning of the 30 th before I could get there. When I went in she e planned that because I didn't fill out a form canceling it , it still went through. This should have been done the last time I was in.. how am I suppose to know as a customer that this needed , I am not your employee!! They charged my card$69 without my consent and refuse to refund it!! Charges will be pending read more

My husband and I have been going to the Joint for nearly 3 years. The doctors and the staff are great. We highly recommend the Joint for your chiropractic needs. read more

Lots of locations, convenience and low cost. After dealing with lower back pain for a few weeks. I needed an adjustment and researched online a Chiropratic office. With a initial investment of $29 ( don't forget to check in and get additional $10 off at some locations) I felt that if it didn't work I wasn't loosing much. From someone who has spent thousands on chiropractic care from other places. I wanted to avoid another $600 bill from the office I normally went to. I'm very glad I found this place. I signed up for their monthly plan of $69 for 4 adjustments a month. This is a great deal considering what I've paid in the past for adjustments. They have a flexible cancellation as well as long as you stick with it for the 2 billing cycles. On my first visit they went through my medical history and consulted with my concerns. Then he adjusted me, with the loudest back and neck cracks I've ever heard. My discomfort seemed lessened and the pain wasn't as bad as when I first walked in. I know nothing is instant. But the little relief I did get helped me get back to walking around with the family over the weekend and I was very satisfied with this. Overall, I like the concept and the checkin process is so quick. This is a very affordable option for Those looking for a chiropractor and if it doesn't work there is no long contracts. read more

I was told that I would be emailed each month to let me know that my account was being charged and I was not. I went in the day of my renewal to cancel and get a refund but was denied. I would not recommend this place because I don't like the way they do business and frankly I didn't get anything out of the sessions that I went to. I recommend looking for a more reputable firm and not a chain. read more

Dr Musa is absolutely amazing. He was able to pop my hip and knee right into place with 1 move and wiped out pain I have had in both for YEARS! Neiya at the front desk is always smiling under that mask and ALWAYS cheerful and positive. The hours and weekends are awesome! It has turned into a date day away from our 4 kids while they are taken care of. Keep being amazing! read more
