After injuring myself at work, I was put through a series of doctors, all wanting to inject my knee with Cortisone. I didn't want that, so pills it was (even though I was still working), I never liked taking pills, but the workman's comp specialist said I was cured. Unable to operate at full capacity for over a year, I sought out a second opinion, (which required Morgan and Morgan). I was granted a visit with another facility. Doctor Allen at the walk-in clinic in Brandon quickly diagnosed my knee pain as a spinal injury. After a year and a half, finally. Of course, this wasn't covered by workman's comp, so I took a chance with Dr. Kruse. I explained the situation and was adjusted that day. I felt immediate relief, and when I returned to my vehicle, I had to readjust my seat and mirrors. 2 days later I shot my lowest score in golf in over 2 years. The best thing is, he gave me a series of exercises to maintain and heal my adjustment, so I wasn't trapped into a money pit of bills. I've been back to his office only 3 times in 10 years. It's also an all-Christian office. :) But if that's not your cup of tea, please don't stray away - you won't feel uncomfortable here, I assure you! During an extremely painful bout with sciatica, I decided to see a chiropractor (my first visit ever). I tried contacting 2 different offices and went straight to voice mail. My third call (on a Friday) to Dr. Kruse was answered by a real person. I was able to get in the next morning (Saturday!). After Dr. Kruse's treatment, I was achy Saturday, but woke up Sunday with 95% of my pain gone!! I have gone back for follow up treatments, and feel great. I can't say anything about the Dr because I never had a chance to be examined. I came in as a new patient and waited an HOUR past my appointment time and watched people who were walk ins cut me in line. I asked why this was happening and they told me new patients always have to wait long. This would be nice if they told me before I left work early to be there. Apparently being a new patient means you get bad service. I ended up leaving. There's a chiro on every corner so this place needs to wake up and realize what bad business it is to treat people like this. She tried telling me at every doctor office new patients wait an hour or more. This is absolute BS. And if you are running such a horrible operation like this where people are going to have to wait and watch as others who don't have appointments cut them in line WARN PEOPLE AHEAD OF TIME. read more

A few years ago I fell and injured my back. Dr. Kruse is both caring and thorough and takes great pride in getting you better. His private pay rate is lower than your co-pay and his staff says they try to make it affordable for anyone with an injury to be able to get help. Dr. Kruse is so knowledgeable about so many types of injuries and he will take excellent care of you. I know first hand because he's taken me from extreme pain to being able to resume life somewhat pain free. This office is wonderful and full service. Ask for Justin, the therapeutic massage therapist when you go. He's a miracle worker! Also you do not need an appt. Just call for their hours before you go but they will get you in if your pain! read more

I have been to many Chiropractors over the years and without question Drs. Kruse and O'Hara are by far the most engaging and compassionate that I have ever met. They care and will take the time to talk to you. The business is very clean and the staff is very friendly. I recently moved to Plant City but still drive to their office because they do a phenomenal job of helping manage my pain and giving me a plan to improve my QOL. I have been having horrible lower back pain and I had issues getting an MRI through my insurance. Dr. Kruse took the time to write a letter of necessity to the insurance on my behalf. I also had unbelievable pain in my left toe. I had three appointments that week, my neurologist first visit, Orthopedic and Dr. Kruse. The neuro said I had joint trauma on Monday, the Orthopedic wouldn't even address it and attributed it to my back issue. On Wednesday when I went to Dr. Kruse, after nearly a week of debilitating foot pain, he asked me to take off my shoe and advised me that I had Gout. I didn't even know what that was. He gave me some treatments and some homeopathic suggestions and as God is my witness the following day it was nearly completely gone. You are all awesome!!!!!!! read more
