Dr. Su is very personable and knows you by name immediately and gets to know what you are enduring (from stress to pain to digestive to whatever you are feeling...) she works to find the best approach that works for you. And you can ask whatever questions you want, she will explain. I feel like in just a few weeks it (along with a combination of some other lifestyle changes I continue to make) has made a difference in my every day functionality! It's so wonderful! I also get to sample some essential oils when I'm there, she turned me onto Peppermint the other day, it was really good....so good I may have to buy some. There is individual session pricing, package pricing and community pricing available. It's changed from some of the earlier reviews, so check online or with them directly on what they offer. But I believe the initial consult and 1st session of $59 hasn't changed and that is a really good price. Each session is 30-45 minutes and I feel so relaxed that at times I've found myself floating into some other dimension... She was extremely attentive, had the right amount of pressure, and kept making sure I was okay and everything was to my liking throughout the massage. I left feeling relaxed, & with the added microdermabrasion, my skin was the clearest it has been in a while. She worked with my skin type, asked the right questions, & constructed the facial based off of what my skin truly needed. The facial experience is also 5 stars. My one and only problem and the reason why this isn't a five star rating is due to all the problems I had with scheduling. I spoke to Janice a total of 2 times on the phone, & one more time in person & each time she told me a different price or something else than what she told me prior to me arriving. I expected to leave relaxed after my massage but it was difficult to when you get a nasty attitude from the receptionist after explaining to her what the problem was. She met with me before the massage started and asked me about problem areas that she needed to concentrate on and she also encouraged me to communicate with her about the pressure during the massage to ensure that I got the massage experience that I wanted. She provided tips including sitting positions, stretches, and self massage to keep problem areas from being too much of a problem. The massage was great and my body feels completely relaxed. I also received a one hour facial with one of their estheticians Aaliyah. I would have liked for her to do some pore extraction on my chin too and I will remind her if I were to meet with her the next time. My face does feel amazing. I even dozed off a couple of times. LOL:-) The decor is simple, clean, and relaxing. I enjoyed it. Oh, there is no parking on Kennedy so you have to go down one of the side streets to get in the parking lot directly behind the spa.
