The doctor himself is incredible. He tells you every step before he does anything to make sure that you're comfortable with the process that he's going to take? This is not your typical chiropractor. When you go in you actually are x-rayed they show you areas that need to be addressed and they immediately work to resolve those areas without having future repetitive visits. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a great chiropractor, as well as therapist in one.

I am writing this in hopes no other person goes thru what I did. I made his wife Dr. Jackie, who was the next higher up and another witness/employee aware of what happened and hope they take the appropriate measures to assure this never happens again. No one should ever have to put up with or stay quiet about being violated, just because they are the "professionals". We lay there and let them do things they know are inappropriate, afraid to say anything, because they are supposedly "helping" us as our trusted doctors. Not this time sir!! Chiropractors like you are why people stay away and why your field has such a bad rep.

A life-changing experience conducted by a caring and skilled doctor…read more Chronic pain is a debilitating condition that no one wants to endure relentlessly. If you're visiting Joseph Spine Institute it's likely that you've explored a lot of alternative avenues to alleviate your pain and improve your quality of life to no avail. You are hoping there are still some non invasive paths to be explored, but deep down you know that surgery is likely on the horizon. And, that's a scary word. I did a lot of online research before deciding that Dr. Nguyen with Joseph Spine Institute was going to be the doctor to whom I surrendered my trust and well-being to and I couldn't be happier with that decision. Not only is he an incredible surgeon, but he's an all-around good person. My appointments were never rushed, he answered every question I asked (even the ridiculous ones) and genuinely seemed to care about my well-being. He did not immediately recommend surgery as a course of action to reduce my pain. But when it was the last option on the table, he tried to alleviate my concerns while still being honest about the procedure, the risks involved and the recovery ahead. I am now almost 4 months post-op from an ACDF procedure (C5-7) and still have nothing but positive things to say about this office and specifically this doctor. My quality of life has improved dramatically and I hope I will continue to see improvement over the next few months. I am so thankful to this practice for the quality of care that I received. Choosing Joseph Spine Institute was easily one of the best decisions I've ever made.
