Dr. Mark was my initial chiropractor and he was very caring, thoughtful, and informative about what he's doing, where he's adjusting, and the process of the what he thought was the best treatment. Dr. Thomas is also a chiropractor however he specializes in muscle tissue breakdown - longer story even short, Dr. Thomas has relieved damn near all the pain and inflammation I had/felt in my legs and feet. I went from this being my last resort and going to surgery to visiting Dr. Thomas every so often or when I feel my legs starting to get tense on me. The pain that I had compared to where I'm at now is night and day. I went from having to always have shoes on even to walk around my house to being comfortable in sandals and flip flops for HOURS without ANY pains in the slightest. The office is very clean and you never have to wait too long to be seen most of the time my wait is 5-15 min I go in get treated and leave in about 30-40 min tops. I never really wanted to try chiropractors in the past because I was so scared of how bad it would hurt. I couldn't even get a lower back rub with mild pressure because of the pain it would cause. I was on 4-5 medications just to help with the pain and take the edge off. Now I am only on one as needed. In the past i even tried physical therapy but it just made things worse to the point i couldn't get out of bed without being on steroids. Its like night and day now. I'm not perfect and I know I'll always have some kind of lower back pain but its more manageable than it has been in years.
