Valerie helps me find relief that I never knew was possible. She uses deep tissue massage and neuromuscular trigger point therapy to focus on all my problem areas. It affected my…read morequality of life and left me feeling discouraged after trying other treatments that simply didn't work. I had previously seen other chiropractors for neuropathy, spent thousands of dollars, and still found little to no relief. Everything began to change after I started receiving Class IV Laser treatments from Dr. Smith. After just my very first treatment, I noticed a difference. As I've continued my treatments, the pain has continued to improve, giving me hope that I hadn't felt in a long time. I am incredibly grateful for Dr. Smith and the care I've received. The Class IV Laser therapy, along with the other treatments I'm receiving, has made a meaningful difference in my life. For the first time in a long while, I feel like I'm moving in the right direction. If you're struggling with neuropathy or chronic pain and have been searching for something that truly helps, I highly recommend giving Dr. Smith a chance. I'm so thankful I did.

I googled chiropractic care in the area and found Archetype had good reviews. Booked an appointment for the next day figuring I had nothing to lose by getting treatment, I was just hoping to be able to ride in a cart and cheer on my buddies and didn't really expect to play anymore golf on the trip. I found Archetype to be a very professional health care establishment. Dr. John (Palmer) and his staff spent approximately 90+ minutes using various techniques on my back. I was still sore that evening, but seemed to be a little more comfortable. The next morning I woke up feeling really good. I was able to play 36 holes that day, carefully of course, but without pain. The following day I comfortably played another round. Dr. John's work was nothing short of miraculous, I'm so fortunate to have found Archetype, saved my golf trip for sure!

Doctors are excellent, but the support staff and billing process have been extremely frustrating…read more I received a "First and Final Notice" for a bill more than two years after my visit. Despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to reach the billing department. When I called the office for assistance, they were unable to help and simply transferred me back to billing, where no one answers the phone. To make matters worse, the note on the bill threatened collections. I attempted to pay the balance online, but the Phreesia payment system froze and would not complete the transaction. At this point, I have tried every available option: The billing department does not answer calls. The office staff cannot answer billing questions. Calls are routed back to billing with no resolution. The online payment system is not functioning. The physicians may provide good care, but the administrative and billing experience has been unacceptable. If patients cannot get answers to billing questions or make payments through the available channels, there are serious organizational issues that need to be addressed. Unfortunately, this experience has earned a well-deserved one-star review..
